This document provides assembly instructions for the HOMCOM 83A-117V80 Folding Dining Table. Estimated assembly time: 120 minutes ⏱️.
The table features a versatile drop-leaf design, integrated storage including a drawer and open shelves, and is designed for small spaces. It also includes wheels for mobility.
Assembly Notes
QuickFit Mechanism
When fitting the QuickFit connector, tighten until the shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
Cam Lock Mechanism
Before inserting the connecting quickfit, ensure the cam lock is in the correct starting position. Turn the cam lock clockwise ? to tighten.
For proper assembly, the QuickFit head should be centered within the cam lock when joining two panels. The cam lock must be inserted before the QuickFit.

Assembly Steps
Step 02
Attach part 7 to the bottom of the two parts 5 using 4x hardware B. Ensure correct orientation as shown.
Step 03
Attach part 10 to the assembly from Step 02 using 2x hardware B. Then attach parts 5 to the sides of part 7 using hardware B as indicated.
Step 04
Place part 6 on top of the structure. Attach part 10 to the front, and then attach parts 5 to the sides using hardware B as shown (6x hardware B total for this step).
Step 05
Attach part 11 to the side of the assembly. Secure using 4x hardware G. Then attach the unit from Step 04 to the side panels using 6x hardware B.
Step 06
Assemble the main frame. Attach part 3 to the sides of part 6 and 11. Secure using 6x hardware B. Ensure correct alignment.
Step 07
Attach part 8 to the front of the assembly. Secure using 12x hardware E and 2x hardware F. The hardware E is used to attach the drawer runners.
Step 08
Attach part 9 to the top of the assembly. Secure using 12x hardware E and 2x hardware F. Ensure the assembly is rotated 180° as shown for access.
Step 09
Attach the main structure to part 1 (the tabletop base). Secure using 36x hardware E and 6x hardware F. Ensure the assembly is rotated 90° as shown.
Step 10
Assemble the drawer. Connect parts 12, 13, and 14 using 4x hardware K. Slide part 15 into the groove.
Step 11
Attach the drawer front (part 4) to the assembled drawer. Secure using 4x hardware E. Attach the drawer runners (using hardware D) to the drawer and the main unit. Rotate the drawer 180° as shown.
Final Product and Functionality
The table is now assembled. The image shows the completed folding dining table with storage.
Mechanism Operation
1. Initialize: Ensure the mechanism is in its initial state.
2. Working Status: To engage the mechanism, press the red button.
3. Initialize: The mechanism can be reset to its initial state.
The diagram illustrates the 'Desktop' state and the 'Push' action required.
