Application

Download the Soundcore app to enhance your experience. With the app, you can adjust EQ settings, activate Game Mode, personalize touch controls and lighting effects, update firmware, and explore more features.

If your earbuds cannot connect to the Soundcore app, try reinstalling the app or updating it to the latest version available on your mobile app store.

General Overview

Familiarize yourself with the components of your Soundcore V20i earbuds and charging case:

• 1. Adjustable ear hook: Ensures a secure fit.
• 2. Touch zone: Area for controlling playback and calls.
• 3. Customizable LED light: Indicates status and can be customized.
• 4. Charging contacts: Connects earbuds to the case for charging.
• 5. Sound outlet: Where audio is delivered.
• 6. USB-C charging port: For charging the case.
• 7. Charging case indicator: Shows the charging status of the case.

Pair and Connect

For first-time use, remove the insulation stickers from the earbuds. Place the earbuds back into the charging case, then take them out again. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Select "soundcore V20i" from your device's Bluetooth list to connect.

During pairing, the LED lights on both earbuds will flash blue. Once pairing is successful, the LED lights will stay on for 1 second and then turn off.

Once connected, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device each time you open the charging case and take them out, provided you haven't deleted the pairing history from your device. The earbuds will only power on when removed from the case.

Manual Pairing

To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take both headphones out of the charging case, then press and hold the touch zones on both headphones simultaneously for 3 seconds. The earbuds will then enter connection mode.

Dual Connections

The Soundcore V20i supports connecting to two devices simultaneously.

Method 1: Using the Soundcore App

In the Soundcore app, tap the Settings icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the interface. Then, select "Dual Connections" > "Connect Dual Connections" > "Connect New Device".

Method 2: Manual Pairing with a Second Device

While wearing the earbuds, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt indicating you are entering pairing mode. You can then proceed to pair with the second device.

The Dual Connections feature is enabled by default.

Wearing

Follow these steps to ensure a comfortable and secure fit:

1. Attach the earbuds and slide the ear hook as far right as possible to position LV4 (largest curve).
2. Rotate the ear hooks along your ear's auricle to achieve the correct position.
3. When wearing the earbuds, you can slide the ear hooks back and forth between four levels (LV1-LV4) until you find the most comfortable fit.

Sound Effects

In the Soundcore app, the default sound effect is "soundcore Signature", a special preset recommended by the Soundcore team. We offer 22 EQ presets for different scenarios. You can switch between these presets based on your preferences.

Additionally, you can create your own sound profile by adjusting eight sliders on the "Custom Equalizer" page.

TWS Mode

Mono Mode

Note: x2 means double tap, 2s means press and hold for 2 seconds. You can also customize controls in the Soundcore app.

Personalize Touch Controls

Customize the touch controls on the Soundcore app for a personalized experience.

Tap "Controls" on the main page to customize actions for the left or right earbud: Volume up/down, change tracks, play/pause music, summon the Voice Assistant ?️, and turn Colorful Lights on/off.

Charging

Charging the Earbuds:

1. Restore the ear hooks to the LV1 positions, then place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
2. Completely dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging them.

Charging the Case:

1. Connect the charging case to a power supply using the provided USB-C charging cable ?.

A full charge of the charging case takes approximately 2.5 hours. The earbuds provide up to 1.5 hours of playback on a 10-minute charge.

Power Off

To power off, insert both earbuds into the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected. This duration can be customized in the Soundcore app.

Reset

Reset the earbuds if they have trouble connecting to each other or to other devices.

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
2. Press and hold the touch zones on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until you hear a voice prompt. The earbuds have now been successfully reset.

LED Indicator Guide

Checking Battery Level:

When you place the earbuds in the charging case, the charging case indicator shows the remaining battery of the case:

• 0%-45%: The indicator will blink three times and then turn off.
• 46%-100%: The indicator will stay lit for three seconds and then turn off.

When Charging:

While charging, the charging case indicator will keep blinking. When charging is complete, the indicator will stay lit all the time.

Colorful Lights on Earbuds

The colorful light effects on both earbuds need to be activated via the Soundcore app. You can choose from four light effects: Light On, Breathing, Pulsing, Music Follows. Tap "More Settings" to customize the light, duration, colors, and patterns.

Firmware Update

You will be notified once a new software version is detected when you connect the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are out of the charging case until the firmware update is complete. During the update, avoid any usage.
