Download the Soundcore app to customize EQ settings, experience Gaming Mode, adjust touch controls and light effects, update firmware, and discover more features. If your earbuds cannot connect to the Soundcore app, try reinstalling or updating the app to the latest version from your mobile app store.

Product Overview
The Soundcore V20i earbuds and charging case feature the following:

Powering On and Pairing
Initial Setup:
- For first-time use, remove the protective stickers from the earbuds.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
- Remove the earbuds again. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Select "soundcore V20i" from your device's Bluetooth list to connect. During pairing, the LED lights on both earbuds will flash blue. After successful pairing, the LEDs will light up for 1 second and then turn off.
Once connected, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device each time you open the charging case and remove them, provided you haven't cleared the pairing history on your device.
⚠️ Note: The earbuds only power on when removed from the case.
Manual Pairing:
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, remove both earbuds from the charging case, then simultaneously touch and hold the touch surfaces of both earbuds for 3 seconds. The earbuds will then enter pairing mode.
Dual Connections
The Soundcore V20i supports connecting to two devices simultaneously.
Method 1: Using the Soundcore App
In the Soundcore app, tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner, then select "Dual Connections" > "Enable Dual Connections" > "Connect New Device".
Method 2: Manual Pairing with a Second Device
While wearing the earbuds, press and hold the touch surface on both earbuds for 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt indicating pairing mode. You can then proceed to pair with another device.
The dual connection feature is enabled by default.
Wearing the Earbuds
For optimal fit and sound, follow these steps:
- Insert the earbuds and rotate the ear hook fully to the right, to the LV4 position (largest curve).
- Rotate the ear hooks along your ear to achieve a proper fit.
- Once the earbuds are in place, you can adjust the ear hooks forward or backward across four levels until you find the most comfortable fit.
Sound Effects
The default sound effect in the Soundcore app is "soundcore Signature," a preset recommended by the Soundcore team. There are 22 EQ presets available for various scenarios.
You can switch between these presets according to your preferences. Additionally, you can create your own custom sound profile by adjusting the eight sliders on the "Custom EQ" page.
Touch Controls
Controls can be operated in TWS (True Wireless Stereo) or Mono mode.

Customizing Touch Controls in the Soundcore App
On the app's home screen, tap "Controls" (⚙️). You can customize the following actions for the touch controls on the left or right earbud: volume adjustment, track changes, play/pause music, activating the Voice Assistant, and turning colorful lights on/off.
Charging
- Place the earbuds into the charging case, ensuring the ear hooks are in the LV1 position. Close the case.
⚠️ Important: Fully dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging. - Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable (?).
* A full charge for the charging case battery takes approximately 2.5 hours.
Powering Off
To power off, return both earbuds to the charging case. Ensure the ear hooks on both earbuds are in the LV1 position to fit correctly in the case.
* The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected. This duration can be adjusted in the Soundcore app.
Resetting the Earbuds
Reset the earbuds if they have issues pairing with each other or with other devices. Remove the earbuds from the charging case, then touch and hold the touch surfaces of both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until you hear a voice prompt. Your earbuds have now been successfully reset.
LED Indicator Guide
Checking Battery Level:
When you return the earbuds to the charging case, the indicator on the charging case will show the remaining battery level of the case:
- If the battery level is between 0% and 45%, the indicator will flash three times and then turn off.
- If the battery level is between 46% and 100%, the indicator will light up for three seconds and then turn off.
Charging Status:
During charging, the indicator on the charging case will blink continuously. When charging is complete, the indicator will light up continuously.
Colorful Lights
The colorful light effects on both earbuds must be enabled via the Soundcore app. You can choose from four lighting effects: Light On, Breathing, Flashing, and Music Follows. Tap "More Settings" to customize brightness, duration, colors, and patterns.
Firmware Update
You will be notified when a new firmware version is available when you connect the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are not in the charging case while the firmware update is in progress. Avoid any usage during the update.
