Turning On and Pairing

1. Remove the insulating stickers from the earbuds before first use.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
3. Take the earbuds out again. They will automatically turn on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "soundcore V20i" from your device's Bluetooth list to connect. During pairing, the LED lights on both earbuds will flash blue. When pairing is successful, the LED lights will light up for 1 second and then turn off. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device each time you open the charging case and remove the earbuds, provided you have not removed the pairing history from your device.

*Note: Earbuds turn on only when removed from the case.

Manual Pairing

To manually activate Bluetooth pairing mode, remove both earbuds from the charging case, then tap and hold the touch control area on both earbuds simultaneously for 3 seconds. The earbuds will now enter pairing mode.

Dual Connections

Method 1: Using the Soundcore App

In the soundcore app, tap the settings icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the app interface. Then select "Dual Connections" > "Enable Dual Connections" > "Connect New Device".

Method 2: Manual Pairing with a Second Device

While wearing the earbuds, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt indicating pairing mode has been activated. You can then proceed to pair with the second device.

*Note: The Dual Connection function is enabled by default.

Wearing the Earbuds

1. Take out the earbuds and slide the ear hook completely to the right until it reaches the LV4 position (widest curve).
2. Rotate the ear hooks along your ear to achieve a proper fit.
3. Once the earbuds are in place, you can slide the ear hooks back and forth between four levels to find the most comfortable fit.

Sound Effects

The default sound effect in the soundcore app is "soundcore Signature," a preset recommended by the soundcore team. The app offers 22 EQ presets for different situations. You can switch between these presets according to your preferences. Additionally, you can create your own sound profile by adjusting the eight sliders on the "Custom Equalizer" page.

Customizing Touch Controls via the Soundcore App

On the main page, tap "Controls" to personalize these actions associated with the touch controls on the left or right earbud: volume up/down, track switching, music play/pause, voice assistant activation, and colorful lights on/off.

Charging

1. Set the ear hooks to the LV1 position, then place the earbuds in the charging case and close it. Before charging, completely dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port.
2. Connect the charging case to a power source using the included USB-C charging cable.

*Note: Full charging of the case takes approximately 2.5 hours.

Turning Off

To turn off, place both earbuds into the charging case. Note that the ear hooks of both earbuds must be returned to the LV1 position to fit into the charging case.

*Note: Earbuds will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if not connected. The duration can be adjusted in the soundcore app.

Resetting the Earbuds

Reset if the earbuds have trouble pairing with each other or with other devices. Remove the earbuds from the charging case, then tap and hold the touch zones on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until you hear a voice prompt. Your earbuds are now successfully reset.

LED Light Guide

To check the battery level:

• When you place the earbuds in the charging case, the charging case indicator will show the remaining battery level of the case:
• If the battery level is between 0% and 45%, the indicator will flash three times and then turn off.
• If the battery level is between 46% and 100%, the indicator will stay on for three seconds and then turn off.

Charging Indicator

While charging, the charging case indicator light will flash continuously. When charging is complete, the indicator will stay lit.

Colorful Lights on Earbuds

The colorful light effects on both earbuds must be enabled through the soundcore app. You can choose from four light effects: Light On, Breathing, Flash, and Music Follows. Tap "More Settings" to customize the lighting, duration, colors, and patterns.

Firmware Update

You will be notified when a new firmware version is detected after connecting your earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are outside the charging case until the firmware update is complete. Avoid any usage during the update.
