Download the Soundcore app to customize EQ settings, use gaming mode, adjust touch controls and lighting effects, update firmware, and discover more features.

Powering On and Pairing

1. First-time use: Remove the insulating stickers from the ear tips.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
3. Take the earbuds out again. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Select "soundcore V20i" from your device's Bluetooth list to connect.

During pairing, the LED indicator on both earbuds will flash blue. Once successfully paired, the LED indicator on both earbuds will light up for 1 second and then turn off.

When connected, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device each time you open the charging case and take the earbuds out, provided you have not cleared the pairing history on your device.

* The earbuds only power on when removed from the case.

Manual Pairing

To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take both earbuds out of the charging case, then touch and hold the touch areas on both earbuds simultaneously for 3 seconds. The earbuds will then enter pairing mode.

Dual Connections

Method 1: Using the Soundcore App

In the Soundcore app, tap the Settings icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the app interface. Then select Dual Connections > Enable Dual Connections > Connect New Device.

Method 2: Manual Pairing with a Second Device

While wearing the earbuds, touch and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt indicating entry into pairing mode. You can then proceed to pair with the second device.

* The dual connection feature is enabled by default.

Wearing

1. Take out the earbuds and slide the ear hook completely to the LV4 position (maximum curvature).
2. Rotate the ear hooks along the ear to achieve the correct position.
3. Once the earbuds are in place, you can move the ear hooks back and forth between four levels until you find the most comfortable fit.

Sound Effects

The default sound effect in the Soundcore app is "soundcore Signature", a special preset recommended by the soundcore team. We offer 22 equalizer presets for various situations. You can switch between these presets according to your preferences.

Additionally, you can create your own sound profile by adjusting the eight sliders on the "Custom EQ" page.

Touch Controls

TWS Mode:

Customizing Touch Controls in the Soundcore App

Tap the controls on the homepage to personalize the following actions for the left or right earbud: adjust volume up/down, switch songs, play/pause music, activate voice assistant, and turn colorful lights on/off.

Charging

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case, ensuring the ear hooks are in the LV1 position, then close the case.
2. Dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port completely before charging.
3. Connect the charging case to a power source using the included USB-C charging cable.

* Fully charging the case battery takes approximately 2.5 hours.

Powering Off

To power off, place both earbuds into the charging case. Note that you must reset the ear hooks on both earbuds to the LV1 position so they can fit into the charging case.

* The earbuds will automatically power off 30 minutes after disconnection. The duration can be customized in the Soundcore app.

Reset

Reset if the earbuds have issues pairing with each other or with other devices. Take the earbuds out of the charging case, then touch and hold the touch areas on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until you hear a voice prompt. Your earbuds will be successfully reset.

LED Indicator Guide

Checking Battery Level:

When you place the earbuds back into the charging case, the charging case indicator will show the remaining battery level of the case.

• If the battery level is between 0% and 45%, the indicator will flash 3 times and then turn off.
• If the battery level is between 46% and 100%, the indicator will stay lit for 3 seconds and then turn off.

Charging Case Indicator

During charging, the charging case indicator will flash continuously. When charging is complete, the indicator will remain lit.

Colorful Lights on Earbuds

Colorful lighting effects on both earbuds must be activated via the Soundcore app. You can choose from four lighting effects: Light On, Breathing, Flash, Music Follows. Tap "More Settings" to customize the lighting, duration, colors, and patterns.

Firmware Update

You will be notified when a new firmware version is detected when connected to the earbuds via the app. Ensure the earbuds are out of the charging case until the firmware update is complete. Avoid using the device during the update.
