Product Description
- Profile Material: Aluminium profiles made from extruded profiles DIN 1725, 2-shell with thermal insulation through quality-assured, shear-resistant composite made of polyamide 6.6, 25% glass fiber reinforced.
- Visible Width Leaf / Frame: 150 mm
- Installation Depth: 80 mm
- Sill Height: 150 / 105 mm
- Mullion Height: 100 mm
- Filling: ISO safety glass 24 mm (optional with panel or combination of panel/glass)
- Extender Profiles: 25, 50, 100, or 150 mm
- Glazing Retaining Strips: Optionally on hinge side or hinge opposite side
- Security Bolts: ≤ Frame height 2620 mm 1 bolt, ≤ Frame height 3000 mm 2 bolts
Standard Fittings
- Door Seal: Thermally separated bottom threshold, retractable bottom seal.
- Handle Set: Both-sided aluminium lever handle D-116 cranked, with steel core including cylinder rosettes.
- Lock: Mortise lock PZ-perforated DIN 18250 Class 5.
- Closing Device: Slide rail overhead door closer HDC35-1 according to DIN EN 1154; Slide rail overhead door closer TS5000 for frame width ≥ 1271 mm.
- Sealing System: Continuous EPDM seal.
- Hinges: 2 Aluminium 3D hinges, 2-part, 3-dimensionally adjustable; 2 Aluminium 3D hinges, 3-part, 3-dimensionally adjustable; Roller door hinge.

Surfaces
- Standard: High-quality powder coating in RAL 9016 matt.
- Anodized: Anodized surface E6 / EV1.
- RAL Color Choice: High-quality powder coating in RAL of choice. Gloss levels: Matt or fine matt structure (gloss level 30 ± 5), satin gloss (gloss level 75 ± 10). High gloss (gloss level > approx. 85, gloss points according to ISO 2813, 60 degree measuring angle) available on request.
