Product Description
Profile Material: Aluminium frame profiles made of extruded profiles DIN 1725, 2-shell with thermal insulation through quality-assured, shear-resistant compound made of polyamide 6.6, 25% glass fiber reinforced.
Face Width Leaf / Frame: 150 mm
Installation Depth: 80 mm
Sill Height: 105 / 150 mm
Sprocket Height: 100 mm
Filling: ISO safety glass 24 mm, optionally with panel or combination of panel / glass.
Widening Profiles: 25, 50, 100 or 150 mm
Glass Retaining Strips: Optionally on hinge side or opposite hinge side.
Security Bolts: RAM height 2620 mm 1 bolt, ≤ RAM height 3000 mm 2 bolts per leaf.
Standard Fittings
- Door Seal: Thermally separated bottom seal.
- Handle Set: Both-sided aluminium lever handle set D-116 cranked, with steel core, including cylinder roses.
- Lock: Mortise lock PZ-perforated DIN 18250 Class 5.
- Closing Device: Concealed door closer TS 5000 ISM with slide channel according to DIN EN 1154 with integrated closing sequence control.
- Locking Mechanism: Rebate bolt and locking mechanism (top).
- Sealing System: Continuous EPDM seal.
- Hinges: 4 aluminium 3D hinges, 2-part, 3-dimensional adjustable.
