SuperATV Installation Instructions

Product Overview

This document provides detailed instructions for installing the SuperATV Glass Windshield on a CFMOTO UFORCE 1000. Please read all instructions and view illustrations before beginning assembly.

Included Components

The following components are included with your windshield kit:

• Windshield Unit
• Gasket
• Seal
• Vent Cover - R (Right)
• Vent Cover - L (Left)
• Knobs (4x)
• Clamps (2x)
• Brackets: (2) Short, (2) Long
• Wiper Assembly (Wiper arm, Handle, Washer, Nut, Grommet)
• Hardware: M6 x 25mm bolts, Sealing Washers, M6 Nuts, M8 x 16mm bolts, Lock Washers, Flat Washers, Spacers.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Install Vent Covers

Attach the Vent Cover - L (Left) and Vent Cover - R (Right) to the designated areas on the windshield frame. Secure them using the provided knobs (4x).

Step 2: Install Seal

Apply the Seal to the top and sides of the windshield. Then, apply the Seal to the bottom edge of the windshield.

Step 3: Install Brackets to Windshield

Attach the Long Brackets and Short Brackets to the windshield frame using the specified hardware (M6 x 25mm bolts, sealing washers, M6 nuts). Do not tighten fully at this stage.

Step 4: Install Wiper Components

Install the previously removed wiper components to the frame. This includes fitting the grommet, nut, and washer. Then, attach the wiper arm and handle.

Step 5: Mount Windshield to Machine

Carefully place the windshield onto the vehicle's cage. Secure the brackets to the stock cage location using the provided hardware (M8 x 16mm bolts, lock washers, flat washers). Use clamps to attach to the cage, securing the brackets to the clamps. Ensure all connections are snug but do not overtighten at this stage.

Note: Spacers may be used during this step for proper fitment.

Step 6: Align and Tighten

Align the windshield correctly on the machine. Once aligned, tighten all previously installed hardware securely.

Step 7: Install Top Gasket

Install a piece of Gasket where the roof and windshield meet. Repeat this process for the opposite corner to ensure a proper seal.
