Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare Mounting Locations
For Left Side:
- Place the Left Template (E) against the vehicle's frame.
- Align the template holes with the frame.
- Mark the hole location on the frame using the template.
- Remove the Left Template (E).
- Drill a 1/2 inch (Ø1/2") hole at the marked location on the frame.
- Note for 2022+ Models: These model years may not have pre-drilled stock holes. The installer will need to create two (2) holes in the frame for mounting.
- Repeat this process for the opposite (Right) side.

Step 2: Install Templates
For Right Side:
- Install the Right Template (D) to the vehicle's frame using the provided hardware.
- Repeat this process for the opposite (Left) side.

Step 3: Attach Mounts
Important: Do not tighten hardware completely at this stage.
For Driver Side:
- Install the Left Mount (A) to the Left Template (E) and the vehicle's frame.
- Use the provided hardware (three (3) M8 x 30mm bolts).
- Repeat this process for the opposite (Passenger) side using the Right Mount (B).

Step 4: Install Bumper
- Install the Bumper (C) to the Right Mount (B) and Left Mount (A) using the provided hardware.
- Align the bumper with the mounts on the vehicle.
- Tighten all hardware completely once aligned.

Step 5: Install Bumper Caps
- Install the end caps onto the Bumper (C) using the provided hardware.
- Tighten the hardware securely.

SuperATV® products are designed to fit user's ATV/UTV under stock conditions. Adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket parts will void any warranty provided by SuperATV® and is not recommended. SuperATV® products could interfere with other aftermarket accessories. If the user has aftermarket products on their machine, contact SuperATV® to verify compatibility.
While SuperATV® has many satisfied customers, users should be aware that installing lift kits, long travel, or suspension kits, tires, etc., will change the machine's ride and may increase maintenance and part wear. Operating any off-road machine while, or after, consuming alcohol and/or drugs increases the risk of bodily harm or death. No warranty or representation is made as to this product's ability to protect the user from severe injury or death. SuperATV® urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.
By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, the user agrees that SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges should damages occur. SuperATV®, nor any third party, will be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of the seller to the user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers' products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warranted if the item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.
Installing, adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket product to your ATV/UTV may violate certain local, state, and federal laws. Laws vary depending on town, city, county, state, etc. Use of certain products on public streets, roads, or highways may be in violation of the law. The Buyer is solely and exclusively legally and personally responsible for any violation of the law by the installation or use of the product. Users must abide by all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to vehicle safety, traffic laws, and ordinances. It is the user's responsibility to know the laws and how they apply.
The Buyer is responsible to fully understand the capability and limitations of his/her vehicle according to manufacturer specifications, warnings, and instructions and agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any damage resulting from failure to adhere to such specifications, warnings, and/or instructions. The Buyer is also responsible to obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances when operating his/her vehicle while using this product, and the Buyer agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any violation thereof.
