Product Overview and Components
This document provides installation instructions for the SuperATV Glass Windshield designed for the Can-Am Maverick Trail. Before beginning, read all instructions and view illustrations.

- Windshield
- 2x - Clamp
- 4x - Knob
- 2x - Bracket
- Gasket
- Vent Cover - R
- Vent Cover - L
- 90° Bulb Seal
- Wiper Assembly (Handle, Wiper Blade, Washer, Nut, Grommet)

Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Vehicle
Remove roof hardware and carefully space the roof away from the frame to allow access.

Separate the components of the wiper assembly (Wiper, Washer, Nut, Grommet, Handle) and set them aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Windshield Frame
Install the 90° Bulb Seal around the perimeter of the windshield frame. For easier installation and increased flexibility, soak the seal in hot water before cutting or installing.

Install the Gasket across the top of the windshield frame.

Step 3: Attach Brackets
When assembling, do not tighten hardware completely unless noted.
Install the Brackets to the windshield frame using the provided hardware: M6 x 20mm bolts, Sealing Washers, and M6 Nuts. Ensure correct orientation for the driver's side bracket.

Step 4: Install Vent Covers
Install the Vent Cover - L and Vent Cover - R onto the windshield frame. Secure them using the 4 Knobs.

Step 5: Reinstall Wiper Components
Install the previously removed Wiper components (Grommet, Washer, Nut) onto the frame.

Step 6: Install Wiper and Handle
Install the Wiper blade and Handle onto the frame.

Step 7: Secure Clamps
Secure the Clamps around the vehicle's cage, to the windshield frame, and to the installed bracket. Use the M8 x 14mm hardware, including M8 Flat washers and M8 Lock nuts.

Repeat this process for the opposite side of the vehicle.
Step 8: Final Attachment and Tightening
Secure the windshield assembly to the vehicle's frame using the remaining hardware: 2x M6 x 20mm bolts, 2x Sealing Washers, and 2x M6 Nuts. Re-secure the roof to the vehicle.

Final Check: Tighten all hardware completely.
