Controls
Play/Pause
• Touch the Right (R) or Left (L) earbud 2 times.
Next Song
• Touch the Right (R) earbud 3 times.
Previous Song / Rewind
• Touch the Left (L) earbud 3 times.
ANC Mode (Active Noise Canceling)
• Touch and hold the Right (R) earbud for 2 seconds to toggle between "Noise Canceling ON" and "Noise Canceling OFF".
Reset Earbud Pairing
Follow these steps to reset the earbuds and clear previous connections:
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case.
- Ensure both earbuds are powered off. Touch and hold both the Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds for 10 seconds until "Device Pairing" is heard. This action clears all saved connection records and paired devices.
- The earbuds will automatically re-pair with each other after "Soundmates Connected" is heard.
- Open the Bluetooth pairing list on your phone or device and select "Soundmates ANC" to connect.
Remark: Ensure both earbuds are powered off before initiating the reset process.

Pairing With Your Devices
To connect your Soundmates ANC earbuds to a device:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
- Open the Bluetooth pairing list on your device.
- Select "Soundmates ANC" from the list to connect.
Your device should now be paired and ready for use.
Charging
Earbud Charging:
Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will begin charging automatically if the case has power.
The indicator light on the charging case flashes red while charging.
The LED on the earbuds lights up red during charging and turns off when fully charged.
Once the earbuds are fully charged, the case lights will turn solid red.
Case Charging:
Recharge the carry case using the included Type-C cable.
Power Controls
Power ON
The earbuds automatically power on when removed from the charging case.
Alternatively, touch and hold either the Right (R) or Left (L) earbud for 2 seconds to hear "Power On".
Power OFF
Place the earbuds back into the charging case to power them off.
Alternatively, touch and hold either earbud for 5 seconds to hear "Power OFF".
Call Controls
Answer Incoming Call
• Touch the Right (R) or Left (L) earbud 1 time.
End Current Call
• Touch the Right (R) or Left (L) earbud 2 times.
Reject Incoming Call
• Touch and hold the Right (R) or Left (L) earbud for 2 seconds until a prompt sound is heard.

Safeguards
- Do not use this unit for anything other than its intended use.
- Keep the unit away from heat sources, direct sunlight, humidity, water, or any other liquid.
- Do not expose the device to extremely high or low temperatures, as this may damage the battery.
- Do not operate the unit if it has been wet or moist to prevent against electric shock and/or injury to yourself and damage to the unit.
- Do not use the unit if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
- Repairs to electrical equipment should only be performed by a qualified electrician. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.
- Keep the unit out of reach of children. This unit is not a toy.
Battery Disposal
This product contains a lithium polymer battery. Lithium polymer batteries are environmentally safe when fully discharged. Please refer to your local and state laws for battery disposal procedures.
