Important Safety Information

• Do not exceed weight capacity. HUANUO is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper mounting, incorrect assembly, or inappropriate use.
• The desk must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the monitor and mount combined.

Check the VESA Pattern of Your Monitor before Installation

Ensure your monitor's VESA mounting pattern is compatible. The minimum VESA pattern required is 75mm/3 in (Width) x 75mm/3 in (Height).

Compatible VESA patterns are 75x75 mm (3x3 in) and 100x100 mm (4x4 in).

Note:

• For thin desks or glass table tops, the HUANUO Monitor Mount Reinforcement Plate HNDA1 (ASIN: B08CK24TCX) may be needed for secure C-clamp installation.
• If your monitor lacks mounting holes, the Universal VESA Bracket Kit HNMUA4 (ASIN: B088CWY5Q3) can be used for monitors up to 32 inches.

This mount is NOT compatible if your monitor's VESA pattern is greater than 100x100 mm (4x4 in) or less than 75x75 mm (3x3 in).

If your mount is not compatible, please contact customer service at support@huanuoav.com to find a compatible mount.

Step 1: Base Installation

Parts for Step 1:

• C-Clamp Brace (02) x1

• Bolts: M8x10mm (D1) x2, M6x8mm (E) x2, M6x12mm (C3) x1

• Large Allen Key (F1) x1 (13/64 in / 5mm)
• Small Allen Key (F2) x1 (5/32 in / 4mm)

Step 2: Pole Assembly

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Install the Base

Option A: C-Clamp Installation

Attach the C-Clamp Brace (02) to the Pole (01) using Bolt E and Small Allen Key F2. Attach the C-Clamp (03) to the C-Clamp Brace (02) using Bolt C3 and Small Allen Key F2. Place the Bottom Pad (b) onto the desk surface. Position the C-clamp assembly onto the desk edge. Slide the Locking Plate (a) into place and secure it with Bolt D1 and Large Allen Key F1. Tighten the C-clamp mechanism to secure the mount to the desk. The mount is compatible with desk thicknesses ranging from 2 11/64 in (55mm) to 3 5/32 in (80mm), and 1 3/16 in (30mm) to 2 11/64 in (55mm). The clamp mechanism itself accommodates thicknesses from 3/8 in (10mm) to 1 3/16 in (30mm).

Option B: Grommet Installation

If an existing grommet hole has a plastic protector, remove it for a flat surface. If no grommet hole exists, mark the desired position on the desk. Drill a hole with a diameter of 7/16 in (11mm) - 55/64 in (22mm) at the marked position. Assemble the grommet base components (03a, 03b, C1, C2) and insert through the desk hole. Secure the base to the desk using the Pole (01) and Bottom Pad (b). The grommet hole should accommodate thicknesses from 7/16 in - 55/64 in (11-22mm) for the clamp part and 25/32 in - 3 5/32 in (20-80mm) for the main pole insertion.

Step 2: Secure the Monitor Connector and Decorative Cover to Pole Assembly

Slide the Decorative Cover (c) onto the Pole (01). Attach the Monitor Connector (04) to the top of the Pole (01). Tighten the Monitor Connector (04) using the Large Allen Key (F1). The Monitor Connector (04) can be adjusted for height along the Pole (01).

Step 3: Attach the Faceplate to the Back of Monitor

Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your monitor (75x75mm or 100x100mm). Align the Faceplate (05) with the monitor's VESA holes. Use the appropriate bolts (A1 or A2) and Spacers (B) as needed for your monitor's VESA pattern and depth. For 100x100mm VESA, use Bolts A1 (M4x12mm) with Spacers B (L5mm) if necessary. For 75x75mm VESA, use Bolts A2 (M4x16mm) with Spacers B (L5mm) if necessary. Secure the Faceplate (05) to the monitor using a Phillips Screwdriver (Not Included). Ensure the "UP" indicator on the faceplate points upwards.

Step 4: Hang the Monitor to the Stand

With assistance, carefully lift the monitor. ⚠️ HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. Align the Faceplate (05) on the monitor with the Monitor Connector (04) on the stand. Hook the monitor onto the Monitor Connector (04). Secure the monitor using Bolt F and the Small Allen Key (F2).

Step 5: Adjust the Tilt Angle and Manage the Cables

Tilt Adjustment: If the monitor stays at the desired height by itself, no adjustment is needed. The tilt angle is controlled by the tilt adjustment set screw. If the tilt angle is not adjusting (set screw over-tightened), turn the set screw counter-clockwise to decrease torque until the monitor can be hovered at any position. If the monitor drops automatically (set screw over-loosen), turn the set screw clockwise to increase torque until the monitor can be hovered at any position.

Cable Management: Use the provided cable ties (2X Cable tie) to organize cables.

Warning: To avoid tipping, do not extend the monitor too far backward. Ensure the monitor is balanced to maintain stability of the base's center of gravity.
