SAT Shower Enclosure Mounting Instructions

Safety and Preparation
Before beginning installation, please review the following safety guidelines and preparation steps:

Cleaning and Maintenance Recommendations:
For cleaning the enclosure, use a soft cloth with water and mild soap. Ensure the pH of the cleaning solution is between 6.8 and 7.2 (? ✔️). Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solutions with a pH outside this range (? ❌).
Assembly Steps
Follow these steps for the correct installation of your SAT shower enclosure.
Step 1: Prepare Mounting Points
Attach the wall mounting profile (S10) to the wall and the base profile (S01) to the shower tray or floor. Apply silicone sealant as indicated in the diagrams.
Step 2: Identify Components
Familiarize yourself with the included parts:
- S01: Base profile
- S02: Seal strip
- S03: Screws (ST4)
- S04: Wall plugs
- S05: Screws
- S06: Main glass panel
- S07: Vertical profile
- S08: Top profile
- S09: Support bar
- S10: Wall mounting profile
Step 3: Install Main Glass Panel
Carefully mount the main glass panel (S06) onto the prepared base profile (S01) and wall mounting profile (S10). Ensure the panel is seated correctly.
Allow sealant to cure for at least 24 hours (⏳24h) before proceeding with further steps or use.
Step 4: Secure Glass Panel to Profiles
Secure the glass panel (S06) to the base profile (S01) using four (4x) S03 screws and four (4x) S04 wall plugs. Repeat this process to secure the glass panel (S06) to the wall mounting profile (S10) using another set of four (4x) S03 screws and four (4x) S04 wall plugs.
Step 5: Attach Vertical and Top Profiles
Apply glue to the edge of the glass panel (S06) and attach the vertical profile (S07). Then, attach the top profile (S08) to the upper edge of the glass panel (S06). Install the seal strip (S02) and secure it using screws (S05).
Step 6: Install Support Bar
Mount the support bar (S09) to the enclosure structure using the provided screws (S05).
Step 7: Final Securing and Sealing
Complete the installation by securing any remaining components with the final screws (S04, 1x) and (S03, 1x). Clean all surfaces thoroughly with a degreaser (ontvetter, aceton) before applying the final silicone sealant for a watertight finish.
