Note: Specific dimensions for model fit are indicated in Step 1.
Step 1: Prepare Glass Panels
This step involves attaching various fittings and brackets to the glass panels. The note "Poznámka: Vnitřní strana koutu - Easy Clean" indicates that these actions are performed on the inner side of the enclosure, which features an Easy Clean coating.
- Attach brackets (17, 18) and other fittings to the side and curved glass panels as shown in the diagrams.
- Ensure correct orientation of parts.
- Dimensions for model fit are provided: SIKOSTREAMS90CRT requires an opening width of 864-884mm, and SIKOSTREAMS100CRT requires 964-984mm.
Step 2: Attach Base and Top Profiles
This step details the attachment of profiles to the glass panels and the base of the shower enclosure.
- Diagram 2a shows attaching profiles to the glass panels using [movement-indicator] arrows.
- Diagram 2b illustrates securing a profile to the glass, potentially a vertical seal or frame.
- Diagram 2c shows attaching a handle fitting.
- Diagram 2d shows attaching a roller assembly (part 5) to the top of a glass panel using [movement-indicator] arrows.
- Diagram 2e shows attaching a bottom guide or bracket.
Step 3: Mount Side Panels
This step focuses on attaching the main side glass panels to the wall or base structure.
- Diagrams a1 and a2 show the side panels being positioned and secured to wall profiles. Arrows indicate the direction of movement for installation. "Vnitřní strana koutu" (Inner side of the enclosure) is marked.
- Ensure panels are plumb and securely fastened.
Step 4: Install Curved Panels and Roller Assemblies
This step involves fitting the curved glass panels and assembling the roller mechanisms for the doors.
- Diagrams show the curved glass panels being placed into their respective tracks or positions.
- Detailed sub-diagrams (a-h) illustrate the assembly of roller mechanisms (19-L, 19-R) and associated brackets and screws.
- Specific measurements, such as 150mm, may indicate placement or clearance.
Step 5: Secure Curved Panels to Base
This step continues the assembly of the curved glass panels, securing them to the base of the enclosure.
- Diagrams show the curved glass panels being inserted into the base profiles or tracks.
Step 6: Attach Top Profiles and Fittings
This step involves fitting the top profiles and securing the glass panels using brackets and rollers. The "Easy Clean" feature on the inner side is again noted.
- Diagrams show attaching top brackets and roller assemblies.
- A close-up view shows the use of plastic and metal washers when attaching a bracket.
Step 7: Hang Door Panels
This step details how to hang the shower door panels onto the installed tracks.
- Diagrams show the door panels being lifted and guided onto the top roller tracks.
- Instructions include "Peel off double-sided tape" and "Remove protective film" for certain components.
Step 8: Install Door Handles
This step covers the attachment of the door handles.
- Diagrams show the process of screwing the handles (20) onto the door panels using the provided fittings (21, 22, 23, 24).
Step 9: Fit Bottom Seals
This step involves installing sealing strips at the bottom of the shower doors and enclosure.
- Diagrams show the insertion of seals into channels on the glass panels and profiles.
- Part 14 is identified as a seal set.
Step 10: Install Vertical Seals and Adjust Doors
This step focuses on fitting vertical seals, likely magnetic or brush seals, and making adjustments to the door alignment and gap.
- Diagrams show the attachment of vertical seals, often along the edges where doors meet or meet the wall.
- Roller adjustments are indicated to ensure proper door operation and alignment.
- A diagram shows a gap measurement of 5-25mm, likely referring to the gap between the door and the wall or adjacent panel. "Vnitřní strana koutu" (Inner side of the enclosure) is marked.
Step 11: Final Adjustments
This step may involve final checks and minor adjustments to ensure the enclosure is correctly installed and functions smoothly.
- Diagrams show final positioning and securing of components.
Step 12: Final Checks and Curing Time
This step indicates completing the installation and allowing time for any sealants or adhesives to cure.
- A 24H indicator is shown, suggesting a waiting period before full use.
