Installation Procedure
Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. Diagrams on the respective pages provide visual guidance.
Step 1: Wall and Base Profile Installation
This step involves attaching the main profiles (e.g., Part A - Wall profile, Part B - Base profile) to the wall and floor. Ensure the profiles are aligned correctly on the "Vnejší strana koutu" (Outer side of the cabin). Use the provided screws and appropriate wall plugs for your wall type. Diagrams on pages 3 and 6 illustrate the process of marking, drilling (using a Ø6 mm bit), and securing these profiles.
Step 2: Installing Glass Panels
Glass panels (e.g., Part C) are then installed into the mounted profiles. Arrows in the diagrams on pages 4 and 7 indicate the direction of insertion or sliding (→ or ↓). Pay attention to the "Vnitřní strana koutu" (Inner side of the cabin) and the "Easy Clean" surface. Detail views show how the panels engage with the profiles.
Step 3: Connecting and Aligning Panels
Connect the various glass panels and profiles to form the cabin structure. Diagrams on pages 4 and 7 show how to join these components. Detail views (b.1, b.2) illustrate the connection mechanisms or adjustment points. An adjustment range of 0-20mm is indicated for fine-tuning the alignment.
Step 4: Sealing with Silicone
Once the cabin is assembled and aligned, apply silicone sealant to create a watertight seal. Diagrams on pages 5 and 8 show the application of sealant along the bottom edges and vertical profiles. It is recommended to apply sealant approximately 100mm from the corners. The "24H" symbol indicates that the silicone requires 24 hours to cure fully.
Important Notes and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use cleaning solutions with a pH level between 6.8 and 7.2. Avoid using cleaners with pH less than 6.8 or greater than 7.2. (✔️ pH=6.8~7.2, ❌ pH<6.8; PH>7.2)
- Easy Clean: The inner side of the glass panels features an "Easy Clean" surface to facilitate cleaning.
- Curing Time: Allow 24 hours for the silicone sealant to cure completely before using the shower cabin.
- Orientation: Ensure correct [Right Hand] (RH) or [Left Hand] (LH) orientation as per your installation plan.
Icons on page 1 show cleaning products and the recommended pH range for maintenance. A recycling symbol ♻️ is shown near cleaning supplies, suggesting responsible disposal. A water drop symbol ? might indicate areas where water is relevant or where sealing is crucial.
