How to Prevent Milk Loss and Pumping Tips for More Breast Milk
- Lean forward to ensure your nipple is centered in the breast shield tunnel. The breast pump should fit snugly against your breast. Diagram description: Diagram illustrates leaning forward and proper breast pump positioning against the breast.
- We recommend users wear a full-coverage nursing bra to create a good seal between their breasts and the breast shield. Diagram description: Diagram shows a person wearing a nursing bra.
- Ensure the breast pump is assembled correctly.
- Sit or stand upright while pumping, do not lie down.
Cleaning and Sterilization
Non-washable parts:

Washable parts:
- Milk collector
- Breast shield
- Diaphragm
- Connector
- Valve Diagram description: Diagrams show icons representing the milk collector, breast shield, diaphragm, connector, and valve.
We recommend cleaning washable parts for 3-5 minutes with soapy water (40-60°C). Use boiling water / steam / sterilizer pot for sterilization, with a maximum temperature of 100 °C (212 °F). Boil and sterilize parts within 5-10 minutes.
Note: It is not recommended to sterilize your breast pump accessories in the microwave, as this will shorten the lifespan of the accessories.
Tips:
- The expected lifespan of washable parts is 1-3 months. It is recommended to replace washable parts after prolonged storage or before pumping for your next child.
- The breast pump automatically shuts off after 30 minutes of pumping. If irritation or discomfort occurs, stop use and consult a healthcare provider.
