Step 2: Attaching the Side Plates and the Transmission Rod
Attach the side plates (05) to the top of the desk legs using bolts (A) and the large Allen wrench (C). Ensure the transmission rod (06) is properly inserted. Before connecting, measure the heights of both desk legs to ensure they are level. If not, adjust the transmission rod: turn clockwise ? to lower the left leg or anti-clockwise to raise it until it matches the right leg's height. Connect one end of the transmission rod to the left leg's mechanism and the other end to the right leg's motor drive shaft. Secure the transmission rod to the motor drive shaft by turning the set screw clockwise using the small Allen wrench (D). Tighten the coupling nut (E) to ensure a secure fit.
Step 3: Assembling and Attaching the Desktop
Assemble the desktop (07) by inserting wood dowel pins (G) and securing with screws (F) using a drill (not included). Then, attach the assembled desktop to the frame using screws (F). Attach the controller (08) and desktop panel connector (H) to the underside of the desktop using screws (F). Attach the headset hook (I) to the desktop using screws (F).
Step 4: Connecting the Cables
Connect the AC adapter (09) to the controller (08). Use cable clips (J) to manage the wiring neatly. Connect the motor cables to the controller. Ensure all connections are secure.
Step 5: Installing the Cable Hole Covers
Place the cable hole covers (K) into the designated holes on the desktop. ➡️
