Product Overview

Read this manual carefully before using this product, and retain it for future reference.

The watch features a display screen, microphone, barometer, contact points, balance hole, heart rate sensor, another microphone, rotating crown, speaker, and a power button.

A charging dock is also included.

Bezel Installation and Removal Guide

To remove the bezel:

1. Place your index finger and thumb on the side edges of the bezel at the 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock positions, or press your palm flat against the bezel. Rotate counterclockwise with force at an angle (approximately 20 degrees) until it can no longer move.
2. Pinch the bezel vertically upward with both fingers to remove the bezel component.

To install the bezel:

1. Take the replacement bezel component and align the solid alignment point on the inside of the bezel with the hollow alignment point at the 12 o'clock position on the watch body.
2. Place it horizontally onto the watch body until it clicks into place.
3. Place your index finger and thumb on the side edges of the bezel at the 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock positions, or press your palm flat against the bezel. Rotate clockwise with force until you hear a 'click' sound, indicating that the bezel is securely installed.

This equipment has been tested and meets applicable limits for radio frequency (RF) exposure. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rate at which the body absorbs RF energy. SAR limits depend on whether the equipment is used against the head or on the wrist. The SAR limit is 2.0 watts per kilogram averaged over 10 grams of tissue for use against the head and 4.0 watts per kilogram averaged over 10 grams of tissue for use on the wrist.

During testing, radios were set to their highest transmission levels and placed in positions simulating use next to the mouth (5 mm separation) and on the wrist (no separation). When placing the equipment near your mouth, maintain at least 5 mm separation to ensure exposure levels remain at or below tested levels.
