Bezel Installation and Removal Guide
- Place your index finger and thumb on the side edges of the bezel at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions, or press your palm against the bezel. Rotate counter-clockwise with force at approximately a 20-degree angle until it no longer moves.
- Lift the bezel component vertically with two fingers to remove it.
- Take the replacement bezel component and align its solid alignment point inside the bezel with the empty alignment point at the 12 o'clock position of the watch body. Place it onto the watch body and release it flat until it clicks into place.
- Place your index finger and thumb on the side edges of the bezel at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions, or press your palm against the bezel. Rotate clockwise with force until you hear a 'click', indicating the bezel is securely attached.

This equipment complies with RF exposure limits for an uncontrolled environment.
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rate at which the body absorbs RF energy. SAR limits depend on whether the equipment is used on the head or wrist. The SAR limit is 2.0 watts per kilogram averaged over 10 grams of tissue for head use and 4.0 watts per kilogram averaged over 10 grams of tissue for wrist use.
Throughout the test, the radios of this device are set to their highest transmission levels and positioned to mimic use near the mouth with a 5 mm gap and use on the wrist without a gap. When positioning this equipment near your mouth area, ensure it is kept at least 5 mm away from your mouth area, as tested or below the tested levels.
The highest SAR values after testing are as follows:
- Near the mouth: 0.132 W/kg
- Limbs: 0.232 W/kg
Safety Precautions
- For daily use, wear the watch about one finger's width from your wrist bone and ensure it fits comfortably. Adjust the strap to allow the heart rate sensor to collect data normally.
- Please keep your wrist still when using the watch to measure your heart rate.
- The smartwatch has a 5ATM water resistance rating (equivalent to a depth of 50 meters). It can be used in swimming pools, near beaches, or during other shallow water activities. However, it should not be used in hot showers, saunas, or during diving.
- Also, protect the smartwatch from direct exposure to fast currents during water sports. After using seawater, rinse the smartwatch gently with fresh water. Leather, metal, or fabric straps should be dried immediately after exposure to water (avoid direct sunlight or high heat). Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time. - The watch's touchscreen does not support operation underwater. If the watch comes into contact with water, wipe off excess water with a soft cloth before use.
- Do not wear the watch too tightly during daily use. Keep the contact area dry and clean the strap regularly with water.
- If you experience redness or swelling at the contact area on your skin, stop using the watch immediately and seek medical attention.
- Ensure the power adapter, charging cable, and watch are in a dry environment during charging. Do not touch these products with wet hands or expose them to rain or other liquids.
- If the watch will not be used for a long time, fully charge it, then turn it off and store it in a cool, dry place. Charge the watch at least once every 3 months.
- The watch's operating temperature is between -10°C and 45°C. If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, malfunctions may occur.
- If the screen is cracked, do not touch the screen or attempt to remove it. Instead, stop using the watch immediately and contact an authorized service provider.
- Please use the included charging dock to charge the watch. Use only power adapters that comply with local safety standards or are approved and supplied by qualified manufacturers.
- Do not disassemble, strike, crush, or incinerate the watch. If there is any swelling or liquid leakage, stop using the battery immediately.
- The watch contains a built-in battery. Do not remove or replace the battery yourself to prevent damage to the battery or watch. Only authorized service providers can replace the battery. Otherwise, it may lead to potential hazards and even personal injury if an incorrect type of battery is used.
- Disposing of the battery in fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting it, may result in an explosion.
- Do not dispose of the battery with household waste or in landfills. Comply with local laws and regulations when disposing of this product and its batteries.
- Leaving the battery in extremely high-temperature environments may cause it to explode or leak flammable liquid or gas.
- Exposure of the battery to extremely low air pressure may cause it to explode or leak flammable liquid or gas.
- The watch and accessories may contain small parts. Keep the watch out of reach of children to prevent suffocation or other hazards caused by children or damage.
- Keep the product's display out of the sight of children and animals while in use.
- This watch is not a medical device. Any data or information provided by the watch should not be relied upon for diagnosing, treating, or preventing diseases.
- To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for extended periods.
- Product information is listed on the back cover of the watch for reference.
Consumer's Choice Rights
If the product is found to be defective, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers:
- a- Withdrawal from the contract,
- b- Requesting a reduction in the sales price,
- c- Requesting free repair,
- ç- Requesting replacement of the sold item with a defect-free one.
If the consumer chooses the right to free repair, the seller is obliged to repair the product or have it repaired without charging any fees for labor, replacement parts, or any other costs.
The consumer can also exercise the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable for the consumer exercising this right.
If the consumer exercises the right to free repair, and the product: - Becomes defective again within the warranty period, - The maximum time required for repair is exceeded, - Repair is determined to be impossible by a report from an authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer; the consumer may request a refund, a price reduction proportional to the defect, or, if possible, replacement of the product with a defect-free one from the seller. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's request. If this request is not fulfilled, the seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable.
In disputes related to the exercise of warranty rights, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in their place of residence or the place where the transaction was made.
Information on Usage Errors
Use your device, battery, charger, and accessories with care. The following recommendations will help keep your device in working order.
- Keep the device dry. Raindrops, moisture, and all types of liquids or water vapor may contain minerals that can damage electronic circuits.
- Do not use or store the device in dusty or dirty places.
- Do not store the device in high-temperature environments. High temperatures can damage the device or battery.
- Do not store the device in cold places. When the device returns to normal temperature, condensation may form inside the device, causing damage.
- Do not open the device in a manner different from that specified in the user manual. Unauthorized modifications can damage the device and violate regulations related to wireless devices. Do not drop, strike, or shake the device or battery. Rough handling can damage the device.
- Use only a soft, clean, and dry cloth to clean the surface of this device.
- Do not paint the device. Paint may interfere with proper operation.
- Keep the device away from magnets or magnetic fields. To ensure the safety of your important data, back it up in at least two different locations, such as on your device, memory card, or computer, or write it down in a suitable place.
The device may heat up during prolonged operation. This is normal in most cases. To prevent overheating, the device may automatically slow down, close applications, disable charging, and shut down if necessary. If the device is not functioning properly, take it to the nearest authorized service center.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Repair
Your device does not require periodic maintenance. There is no maintenance or repair that the consumer can perform on the device. If you require maintenance or repair, you can get support from the points listed in the Authorized Service list.
General Precautions for Simple Maintenance and Repair
When Cleaning the Device:
- Wipe the device and charger with a soft cloth.
- Do not use chemical or cleaning agents.
- Do not use the device if the screen is cracked or broken.
- Do not use the device for purposes other than its intended use.
- When using the device in public places, try not to disturb others.
- Do not allow children to use the device.
- Your device is not a toy. Do not let children play with the device as they may injure themselves or others and damage the device.
- Place mobile devices and equipment carefully.
- Do not remove the card while the device is transferring or accessing information. Otherwise, data loss may occur and/or the card or device may be damaged.
- Protect cards from strong impacts, static electricity, and electrical interference from other devices.
- Do not touch the gold-colored connection points or terminals using your fingers or metal objects. If dirty, wipe the card with a clean cloth.
- Ensure access to emergency services. In some regions or conditions, you may not be able to make emergency calls from your device. Plan an alternative method to contact emergency personnel before traveling to remote or undeveloped areas.
- Keep your personal and important information secure. To prevent misuse of your personal information, back up all your data before disposing of the device and then reset the device.
- Read the permissions screen carefully when downloading applications. Be especially careful with applications that have access to many features or a significant portion of your personal information.
- Regularly check your accounts for unauthorized or suspicious activity. If you find any signs of misuse of your personal information, contact your service provider to delete or change your account information.
- Change your account passwords to protect your personal information in case the device is lost or stolen. Do not use applications from unknown sources and lock your device with a pattern, password, or PIN.
Precautions During Transport and Shipping
Before transporting your device, ensure all connections are terminated and attached cables are disconnected. When packing, use the original box and packaging materials. Take care not to shake, drop, expose to heat, humidity, or dust while using the device and during subsequent relocation.
Information Related to Human and Environmental Health
- Do not open the device if it is wet. If the device is open, turn it off immediately and remove the battery (if the device cannot be turned off or the battery cannot be removed, leave it as is). Then dry the device with a towel and take it to service.
- Liquids change the color of the label and indicate water damage inside the device. Water damage to the device may void the manufacturer's warranty.
- Do not use or store your device in areas with high concentrations of dust or airborne particles. Dust or foreign matter can cause the device to malfunction and may lead to fire or electric shock.
- Place the device on flat surfaces only.
- The device may be damaged if dropped.
- Do not keep the device in extremely hot or cold places.
- Do not expose the device to direct sunlight for extended periods.
- If battery terminals come into contact with metal objects, a fire may occur. Do not place the device near magnetic fields. Exposure to magnetic fields may cause the device to malfunction or the battery to discharge.
- Magnetic stripe cards, including credit cards, phone cards, bank account cards, and passenger boarding cards, may be damaged by magnetic fields.
- Do not use carrying cases or accessories with magnetic closures, or ensure your device is not exposed to magnetic fields for extended periods.
- Do not place the device near heaters, microwave ovens, hot cooking appliances, or high-pressure containers. The battery may leak.
- The device may overheat and cause a fire.
- Do not drop the device or subject it to impact. The device's screen may be damaged.
- If bent or deformed, the device may be damaged or its parts may malfunction.
- If the device overheats, do not use the device or applications for a period of time.
