Pinpoint / All Metals Mode (All Metal Types)
For detecting all types of metals:
- Set the mode switch to Pinpoint / All Metals.
- Turn on the detector: Rotate the threshold knob clockwise until it clicks. Continue turning until the audio signal becomes just barely audible.

Battery Information
Low Battery Alarm
When the battery level is critically low, the threshold tone will gradually increase in volume, eventually becoming a loud, continuous signal, indicating the need for charging.
Charging
The Excalibur II is supplied with an adapter and an AC mains charger. This charger is designed to recharge the detector's batteries from standard AC wall outlets.
