Soft Reset
- Connect your DWR-900V to your laptop using a Type C cable or wirelessly.
- Open a web browser and navigate to http://192.168.1.1.If this is your first time installing the Mobile Hotspot, enter the Admin Password and click login to begin the configuration process.The web address and default admin password are printed on the device label at the bottom of the device. By default, the admin password is 'admin'.
Note: If you have changed the password and cannot remember it, you will need to reset the router to factory defaults.

- From the home page, select the 'More' tab. Under 'System Options', click on 'Backup/Reset'.
- Click on 'Factory Reset' to initiate the soft reset process.
- The Mobile Hotspot will restart, and its settings will revert to the factory default settings.

Hard Reset
- Ensure the Mobile Hotspot is powered on. Press and hold the reset button located on the right side of the Mobile Hotspot for approximately 10 seconds.
- The display touch screen on the mobile hotspot will turn off, and the device will reset. Please allow up to a minute for the reset procedure to complete.
