Nespresso Vertuo Creatista Descaling Guide
Maintain Your Coffee Machine for Optimal Performance
About Descaling
Nespresso recommends descaling your Vertuo Creatista machine every 3 months or after 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Regular descaling removes mineral buildup and ensures your machine operates efficiently, producing the best coffee quality.
Use only the official Nespresso Descaling Kit (NDA-16). Other solutions, such as vinegar or store-bought descalers, may damage your Nespresso machine.
Important Safety Information:
- The descaling solution can damage or discolor surfaces. Place protective material underneath your machine during the process.
- Clean up any spills immediately to prevent damage.
- Keep the descaling solution out of reach of children.
- In case of contact with eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes and seek immediate medical advice.
- Do not swallow or ingest the descaling solution.
- The solution may be irritating to eyes and skin.
- Avoid filling the water tank while the machine is descaling.
The descaling agent packaging also contains important safety warnings in multiple languages including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and Polish.
