Installation Guide
Step 1
Mount the camera base. Secure with four TR30 screws. Torque: ≥ 10 Nm.
Step 2
Attach the mounting bracket to the camera. Secure with two TR30 screws.
Step 3
Connect cables to the designated ports (N, F, AF, W, RESET, USB, VIDEO). Various port configurations are shown, along with a general warning symbol.
Step 4
Connect the power/data cable using a screwdriver.
Step 5
Attach the mounting plate to the camera base. Secure with screws and washers.
Step 6
Connect a component (e.g., PoE adapter) to the base.
Step 7
Connect cable segments.
Step 8
Secure cable connections.
Step 9

Connect a component labeled HPOE/HPOK to the base.
Step 11
Connect cables to the component.
Step 12
Final cable connections.
Step 13
Repeat mounting procedure. Secure with four TR30 screws. Torque: ≥ 10 Nm.
Step 14
Note: WiFi dongle and OTG adapter are not included. Connect the WiFi dongle and OTG adapter to the micro USB port. Connect to a device showing SOFTAP, RESET, and VIDEO ports.
Step 15
Use the Wisenet Installation mobile application.
Step 16
Adjust camera angle (pan, tilt, rotation). Secure the adjustment points with TR30 screws. Torque: ≥ 10 Nm.
Step 17

Step 18
Final setup: Connect to Device Manager. Refer to the User Manual (PDF) for further details. Setup complete.
Initial Configuration
Password Configuration
Upon first access, you will be prompted to set a password.
Password Rules:
- For passwords 8-9 characters long, use at least 3 character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- For passwords 10-15 characters long, use at least 2 character types.
- Allowed special characters: `~!@#$%^*()_-+=|{}[].?/
- Do not use more than 4 consecutive identical characters (e.g., "aaaa").
- Do not use more than 4 consecutive characters in sequence (e.g., "1234").
- Usernames cannot be used as passwords.
Remember your password. If lost, the product must be reset by pressing the [RESET] button.
Login Procedure
A login window appears each time you access the camera.
- Enter "admin" in the <User Name> field.
- Enter your password in the <Password> field.
- Click [Sign in].
WiFi Connection
Camera Setup: Connect the OTG adapter and WiFi dongle to the micro USB terminal.
Smartphone Setup:
- Install the Wisenet Installation application on your smartphone.
- Turn on WiFi and select the camera's SSID.
- Launch the Wisenet Installation application.
- Video will connect during the camera setup process.
- The camera's angle can be adjusted while viewing the live video feed on your smartphone.
