Installation Guide
- Mount the camera base to the desired surface using the provided screws (x4 TR30).
- Attach the camera unit to the mounting base.
- Identify the camera's ports: N, F, AF, W, RESET, USB.
- Connect necessary cables (e.g., power, network).
- Attach the mounting bracket to the camera.
- Connect the camera to the mounting bracket.
- Manage cables using provided clips.
- Connect HPOE/HPON power and network interfaces as required.
- Ensure the final mounting torque is at least 10 Nm using a TR30 tool.
- Note: Wi-Fi key and OTG adapter are not included.
- Connect the Wi-Fi key and OTG adapter to the microUSB port for Wi-Fi setup.
- Use the Wisenet Installation mobile application for setup.
- Adjust camera angles (pan, tilt, rotation) as needed.
- Adjust focus and zoom manually.
- Final setup involves using the Device Manager software and referring to the User Manual. A completion flag indicates the process is finished. ?
Settings and Connectivity
Password Settings
Upon first product access, you must register a login password.
When attempting to access the camera, a login window will appear. Enter your username and password.
- Enter "admin" in the <User Name> field.
- Enter your password in the <Password> field.
- Click the [Sign in] button.
Password Requirements:
- For new passwords with 8 or 9 characters, use at least 3 of the following: uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- For passwords with 10 to 15 characters, use at least 2 of the following: uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Allowed special characters: ~`!@#$%^*()_-+=|{}[]?. /
- Avoid using more than 4 consecutive identical characters or sequential keyboard keys for enhanced security.
- Remember your password; losing it will require a product reset using the [RESET] button.
Wi-Fi Connection
Camera Setup:
- Connect the OTG adapter (5-pin) and Wi-Fi key to the microUSB connector.
Smartphone Setup:
- Install the Wisenet installation application.
- After powering on the Wi-Fi, select the camera's SSID.
- Launch the Wisenet installation application.
- When you log in to the camera, the video feed will connect.
- While viewing the video on your smartphone, you can adjust the viewing angle.
