Installation Guide

1. Mount the camera base to the desired surface using the provided screws (x4 TR30).
2. Attach the camera unit to the mounting base.
3. Identify the camera's ports: N, F, AF, W, RESET, USB.
4. Connect necessary cables (e.g., power, network).
5. Attach the mounting bracket to the camera.
6. Connect the camera to the mounting bracket.
7. Manage cables using provided clips.
8. Connect HPOE/HPON power and network interfaces as required.
9. Ensure the final mounting torque is at least 10 Nm using a TR30 tool.
10. Note: Wi-Fi key and OTG adapter are not included.
11. Connect the Wi-Fi key and OTG adapter to the microUSB port for Wi-Fi setup.
12. Use the Wisenet Installation mobile application for setup.
13. Adjust camera angles (pan, tilt, rotation) as needed.
14. Adjust focus and zoom manually.
15. Final setup involves using the Device Manager software and referring to the User Manual. A completion flag indicates the process is finished. ?

Settings and Connectivity

Password Settings

Upon first product access, you must register a login password.

When attempting to access the camera, a login window will appear. Enter your username and password.

1. Enter "admin" in the <User Name> field.
2. Enter your password in the <Password> field.
3. Click the [Sign in] button.

Password Requirements:

• For new passwords with 8 or 9 characters, use at least 3 of the following: uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• For passwords with 10 to 15 characters, use at least 2 of the following: uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Allowed special characters: ~`!@#$%^*()_-+=|{}[]?. /
• Avoid using more than 4 consecutive identical characters or sequential keyboard keys for enhanced security.
• Remember your password; losing it will require a product reset using the [RESET] button.

Wi-Fi Connection

Camera Setup:

1. Connect the OTG adapter (5-pin) and Wi-Fi key to the microUSB connector.

Smartphone Setup:

1. Install the Wisenet installation application.
2. After powering on the Wi-Fi, select the camera's SSID.
3. Launch the Wisenet installation application.
4. When you log in to the camera, the video feed will connect.
5. While viewing the video on your smartphone, you can adjust the viewing angle.
