For integration with VMS or Hanwha NVR, it is recommended to use the officially compatible VMS version or the latest Hanwha NVR version.
Videos processed by surveillance equipment cannot be accessed arbitrarily by the manufacturer.

Product Disposal

Installation Guide
Follow these steps for installation:
- Step 1-2: Attach the mounting bracket to the camera using Torx T30 screws (x4 and x2 respectively).
- Step 3: Connect necessary cables to the camera's interface panel, which includes ports for Network (N), Focus (F), Auto Focus (AF), Wi-Fi (W), Reset, and USB.
- Step 4: Secure the camera using the provided screws.
- Step 5-6: Attach the mounting plate to the camera base using screws and washers, and connect relevant cables.
- Step 7-8: Route and secure cables using provided clips or conduits.
- Step 9-12: Connect power modules (e.g., HPOE/HPUE) and other necessary cables.
- Step 13: Mount the camera securely using Torx T30 screws (x4), ensuring a tightening torque of at least 10 Nm.
- Step 14: For Wi-Fi connectivity, connect the OTG adapter (5-pin) and Wi-Fi dongle to the camera's micro USB port.
- Step 15: Use the Wisenet Installation application on a smartphone for setup.
- Step 16: Adjust the camera's pan, tilt, and rotation using the mounting screws (Torx T30), adhering to the specified torque.
- Step 17: Adjust the camera's focus and zoom by turning the lens ring on the right side.
- Step 18: Finalize setup by referring to the Device Manager software and the User Manual.
Login and Wi-Fi Connection
Password Setup
When accessing the product for the first time, you must set a login password.
Administrator Password Change:
- Enter 'admin' as the <User Name>.
- Enter your desired password in the <Password> field.
- Click [Sign in].
Password Requirements:
- For 8-9 character passwords: Use at least three character types (uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, special characters).
- For 10-15 character passwords: Use at least two character types.
- Usernames cannot be used as passwords.
- Allowed special characters:
~!@#$%^*)_-+=|{}[].?/
- Avoid using more than 4 consecutive identical characters (e.g., 'aaaa') or consecutive keyboard entries (e.g., '1234').
Remember your password; if lost, the product must be reset using the [RESET] button.
Wi-Fi Connection
Camera Configuration: Connect the OTG adapter (5-pin) and Wi-Fi dongle to the camera's micro USB port.
Smartphone Configuration:
- Install the Wisenet Installation application.
- Turn on Wi-Fi and select the camera's SSID.
- Launch the Wisenet Installation application.
- Once connected, the video feed will be available.
- Adjust the viewing angle via your smartphone while watching the video.
