Bluetooth

How to reset the "X1" earbuds?

Follow these steps to reset your earbuds:

  • Ensure the protective films on the earbuds have been peeled off.
  • Forget all pairing records of your earbuds on your device and turn off Bluetooth.
  • Click the Multi-functional button of both earbuds 5 times continuously and simultaneously until the LED indicators flash red and blue lights alternately 3 times. You should hear a voice prompt "power off." This indicates the previous pairing memory is cleared, and both earbuds are powered off.
  • Place the earbuds into the charging case.
  • Open the charging case. The earbuds will enter pairing mode, with one earbud flashing red and blue alternately.
  • Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for "X1" to connect.

What should I do if any of the following problems occur?

  • The earbuds can't pair with my device.
  • X1 cannot be searched in the Bluetooth list.
  • Only one earbud can connect to the device.
  • No music plays after connecting with my device.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Ensure there are no interferences with the Bluetooth signal. Obstructions like walls, electric poles, and Wi-Fi can affect the signal. Avoid such obstructions for a stable connection.
  • Try resetting your earbuds and re-pairing them.

What should I do if the earbuds keep disconnecting or cut in and out from time to time?

Earbuds communicate using Bluetooth, which can be interfered with or weakened in some situations. Follow these steps:

  1. Check the earbuds by listening to music or other audio content stored on your device. If it is normal, proceed to the next steps.
  2. Keep the connected device close to you and ensure there are no obstructions between you and your device, such as walls or floors.
  3. Ensure the earbuds have enough power and are not in a high-temperature condition.
  4. Forget all pairing records of your earbuds on your device and reset the earbuds.

What should I do if X1 connects to my device when they are in the charging case?

If the earbuds are connected to your device while in the charging case, it means the earbuds are not being charged. Follow these steps:

  • Ensure the charging case has enough power. Make sure the protective films covering the dots on the earbuds are removed.
  • Clean and dry the pins in the case and the charging contacts on the earbuds with a cotton swab, preferably dipped in alcohol for a better connection. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them in the charging case or using them.
  • Place the earbuds into the charging case. While charging, the earbuds' LED lights will illuminate red, and the indicator light of the display panel will flash. The red light on the earbud goes out when fully charged.
  • Use another certified Type-C USB cable to power the charging case.

Can the earbuds be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

The "X1" cannot be paired with multiple devices simultaneously. If the earbuds are connected to your phone, no other device can find them in the Bluetooth list. For second-time use, when you open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically connect to your phone if it was previously connected. To connect to another device, follow this method:

  1. Delete "X1" from the Bluetooth list of your connected devices or turn off Bluetooth on the connected devices.
  2. Open the charging case; they will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode in 3 seconds. The LED indicators on the earbuds will flash red and blue alternately, while the other earbud flashes blue slowly. A voice prompt “pairing” indicates pairing mode.
  3. Search for "X1" and tap to connect on your device.

Charging

What should I do if the earbuds won't charge or turn on?

Follow these steps:

  1. Prior to the first use, please peel off the films on the earbuds.
  2. Ensure the case is not out of battery and use the Type-C cable to charge it.
  3. Check the pin connection. They may be dirty or broken. Clean the pins in the case and the dots on the earbuds with a cotton swab, preferably dipped with alcohol.
  4. Dry the earbuds and place them back into the charging case, plug in the cable, and leave them to charge for more than 3 hours.
  5. Ensure that the earbuds are seated properly in the case.

What should I do if the charging case won't charge?

Follow these steps:

  1. Check if the charging case has run out of battery.
  2. Use another certified adapter or a different Type-C cable to charge the case. Ensure the cable is firmly plugged in until the digital display flashes. The number displayed will be 100 when fully charged.
  3. Check if the charging interface is loose.

What should I do if I can't get the earbuds to consistently charge?

Follow these steps:

  • Ensure the charging case has enough power.
  • Clean any sweat or moisture on the charging pins with a soft cloth or an alcohol rag to ensure a better connection. Make sure they are completely dry before placing the earbuds in the charging case or using them.
  • Ensure that the earbuds are seated properly in the charging case.

Sound

What should I do if there is no sound from one earbud?

  1. Delete "X1" from the Bluetooth list and turn off Bluetooth on your device. Then, re-pair the earbuds with your device.
  2. Ensure that your earbuds are powered on and connected to your device.
  3. Make sure the volume on both the earbuds and the paired device is turned up.
  4. Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter and the ear tips.
  5. Play audio to test both earbuds.

What should I do when the volume from one earbud is lower than the other side?

  • Check the speaker mesh on each earbud and remove any earwax or debris with a clean, dry, soft brush, cotton swabs, or other tools.
  • Ensure your earbuds have enough power and raise the volume by long-pressing the button on the right earbud. If using Android phones, adjust the volume on your phone as well.
  • Note: Do not use excessive force or sharp objects to remove earwax or debris.

What should I do if the earbuds have poor sound quality?

  1. Ensure you are wearing the earbuds in the correct position to create a good seal with your ear canal. The correct fit provides the best sound quality.
  2. Make sure the volume on both the earbuds and the paired device is turned up.
  3. Try different types of music to ensure there is no distortion or noise in the input audio source.
  4. Periodically check the cleanliness of your earbuds.

What should I do if the earbuds don't have enough bass?

  • Ensure you are wearing the earbuds in the correct position to create a tight seal.
  • Try testing different types of music that have more bass.

What should I do if the sound keeps cutting in and out?

  • Ensure there are no factors interfering with the Bluetooth signal. Obstructions like walls, electric poles, and Wi-Fi can affect the signal. Avoid such obstructions for a stable connection.
  • Check the earbuds by listening to a downloaded song/video.
  • Test the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if the issue persists.
  • Reset your earbuds and re-pair them.

What should I do if any of the following problems occur?

  • The sound from earbuds lags when videos or games are played.
  • The sound and video are out of sync.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Minimize delay by limiting interference. Ensure there are no objects or metals between the earbuds and the Bluetooth device.
  • Check the earbuds by listening to music or other audio content stored on your device to see if the issue still occurs.
  • Close unnecessary apps on your device to see if it makes a difference.
  • Forget the pairing record on your device and reset the earbuds.

Call

What should I do if the other side can't hear me or the sound is low or unclear when on a phone call?

  • Check if you have selected the earbuds as the call audio in the Bluetooth settings.
  • Verify that the Mute button on your phone has not been pressed.
  • If making a call via an app, try making a call directly on your phone to see if the problem persists.
  • The earbuds are not equipped with noise cancellation; please make calls in a quieter environment.

Should I do if any of the following problems occur?

  • No one can hear me when I take a phone call.
  • Sound is extremely low or unclear when on a phone call.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • If the microphone hole is blocked, sound may not be collected properly. Clean the microphone hole and speaker with a clean, dry, soft brush or cotton swab to prevent debris accumulation.
  • Ensure your earbuds have enough power and turn up the volume on both the earbud and the connected device to the maximum.
  • If using only one earbud, try using the other earbud to see if the problem persists. Ensure the other earbud is in the charging case and nearby.
  • Try restarting the earbuds: place them back into the charging case, close it, wait for seven seconds or more, then take them out and try making a call again.
  • If making a call via an app, try making a call directly on your phone to see if the problem persists.
  • Try connecting the earbuds with another device and making a call in a different environment to see if it makes any difference.

When I am answering a phone call, people can hear me talking but I can't hear anything talking to me.

When answering a call, check if the audio output is set to X1. There are two methods to answer the call:

Method 1: Touch the screen of the mobile phone to answer the call. For some phones, the audio output defaults to the mobile phone. You need to change the audio output to X1. Otherwise, the caller may not hear you if your mobile is far from your mouth, and you won't hear people talking unless you bring the mobile speaker near your ear.

Method 2: Tap the earbuds once to answer a call. You can use the earbuds for a clear call directly, hearing what others say and ensuring they can hear you.

Clean

How to clean the earbuds?

  1. Keep the earbuds dry. Be careful not to get them wet or allow liquid to enter them.
  2. Use a clean swab or a soft cloth to remove dust or earwax.
  3. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them in the charging case.
  4. Do not attempt to use them until they are completely dry.
  5. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean the earbuds.
