Common Issues and Solutions
Issue: Sound and video are out of sync, or there's no sound in one earbud, or earbuds keep disconnecting/cutting out.
Possible Causes: Bluetooth signal interference from obstructions (walls, appliances, Wi-Fi), or issues with the connected device.
Solutions:
- Ensure earbuds are fully charged and reset them as described above, then re-pair them.
- Test the earbuds with a downloaded song/video to check for device-specific issues.
- Try using the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if the problem persists.
- Minimize obstructions between your device and the earbuds.
Issue: Cannot pair or reconnect with device, one side does not pair with the other, no music plays after connecting, or only one earbud has sound.
Solutions:
- Remove any protective film covering the charging connectors on the earbuds.
- On your device, forget all pairing records for the earbuds and turn off Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds (ensure they have sufficient battery). Refer to the "How to Reset" section.
- Turn on your device's Bluetooth, search for "OW7", and pair. If a pop-up window appears to confirm pairing, select "Pair". If "Cancel" is selected, refresh your device's Bluetooth (turn off and on) and pair again.
Issue: Earbuds don't recharge in the charging case, stay connected with the lid closed, or don't turn on when taken out.
Solutions:
- Confirm the charging case has sufficient battery power.
- Clean the charging pins on both the earbuds and the charging case with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant to ensure they are clean and dry. Place the earbuds correctly into the case; the charging light should illuminate.
- Use only certified charging cables and wall chargers.
