Important Safety Information
- Keep away from children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion as it has a battery. If swallowed, seek medical help. Store out of their reach when not in use.
- The ear caps are made of soft silica gel, and the ear hooks are made of elastic TPE material. A very small number of users may have allergic reactions. If symptoms like itching or swelling of the skin on or around the ears appear, stop wearing them immediately and seek medical treatment.
- Pollen, dust and cosmetic residues are easy to attach to the earbuds, which may easily lead to allergic situations. Please clean the earbuds before and after use and avoid exposure to highly allergenic environments.
- People with sensitive skin should test the earbuds on a small area of skin around the ears before using them. If any discomfort occurs, stop using them immediately and consult a dermatologist.
- To avoid hearing damage, do not use your earbuds at a high volume. Turn the volume down on your product before placing the earbuds in/on your ears, then turn the volume up gradually until you reach a comfortable, moderate listening level.
- Long earbuds use may lead to ear fatigue, tinnitus and affect ear blood circulation. It's recommended to take a 5-10 minute break per hour of wearing to relax your ears and enjoy healthy listening.

FAQ
Q: What should I do if one side is not connecting with the device or there is no sound?
- Check Charging Status:
- Clean charging contacts on earbuds and case with a dry, soft cotton cloth to remove dirt or sweat.
- Ensure both earbuds are fully charged. Place them in the charging case and check the LED indicator for charging status.
- Reset the Earbuds:
- Take earbuds out for 5 minutes to consume battery (cannot reset if fully charged).
- Place earbuds in the charging case; they will blink red.
- Press and hold the button on the buds for 8 seconds until LED indicators flash red-white 3 times.
- Re-pair with Your Device:
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and "forget" the "T60" from paired devices.
- Place earbuds back in the case, then remove them to enter pairing mode (LEDs flash alternately).
- Turn on your device's Bluetooth, search for "T60", and pair. If a pop-up window appears, select "Pair". If you accidentally select "Cancel", refresh your device's Bluetooth and pair again.
Q: What should I do if the earbuds disconnect or the sound is choppy?
This may be due to the connected device or environment, not necessarily the earbuds. Bluetooth signals can be affected by obstructions like walls, pillars, home appliances, and Wi-Fi. To ensure a stable connection, avoid such obstructions.
To fix this issue:
- Fully charge and reset your earbuds as described above, then re-pair them.
- Check earbuds by playing downloaded audio/video.
- Test earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment.
Q: What should I do if any of the following problems occur?
- Cannot pair or reconnect with my device.
- One side does not pair with the other side of my device.
- No music plays after connecting to my device.
- Only one earbud has sound.
Solutions:
- Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds.
- Reboot your Bluetooth device (phone/computer). Forget all previous pairing records for your earbuds on your device and turn off Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds as per the steps above (ensure they have sufficient battery).
- Turn on your device's Bluetooth, search for "T60", and pair. If a pop-up window appears to confirm pairing for "T60", select "Pair". If you accidentally select "Cancel", refresh your device's Bluetooth (turn off and on) and pair the earbuds again.
Q: What should I do if any of the following problems occur?
- The earbuds don't recharge in the charging case.
- The earbuds stay connected to the device even after being placed in the charging case with the lid closed.
- The earbuds don't turn on when taken out of the charging case.
Solutions:
- Confirm the charging case has power (check for a flashing white light when opened).
- Clean charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant to ensure all contacts on earbuds and case are clean and dry. Place earbuds correctly in the case; lights and display should flash when earbuds are inserted.
- Use a certified charging cable and wall charger.
- Check if the ear tips are installed properly.
Battery Warning
Using the wrong battery can cause fire and other hazards (e.g., with lithium battery types).
- Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting a battery, can result in an explosion.
- Do not leave a battery in extremely high temperature surroundings, which can result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may also result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
