APP Download Installation

• APP compatible with iOS and Android. Search for "Tuya Smart" in the App Store and Android Market, or "Smart Life". Alternatively, scan the QR code below and complete the installation.
• Open the APP and follow the prompts to register and log in.

Reset the Camera

• Power on the camera and wait for it to start.
• Press and hold the device reset button for 5 seconds. The device will prompt "Drip" or indicate "Reset successfully, restarting the camera".
• The camera enters the configuration network state.

Diagram Description:

Note: The position of the reset button is for reference only, depending on your device.

Method 2: QR Code Configuration Network

• Open the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" APP to complete account registration and login.
• Enter the device list. Tap the [plus-sign] icon in the upper right corner to go to the "Add Device" page.
• Select "Manually Add" the camera/lock and choose the corresponding product type from the displayed list.

Configuration Steps:

1. Enter the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. (Note: Do not include special characters like @#$%* () in the WiFi password). For successful configuration, ensure the phone and device are as close to the router as possible. Click "Next".
2. After the APP generates the distribution network QR code, point the phone screen at the camera to scan the distribution network QR code. The camera should be 15 to 20 cm away from the phone screen.
3. When the camera recognizes the QR code, it will sound a prompt tone. Click "I Heard a Prompt" in the APP to complete the network configuration.
4. The device will then be added successfully. Click "Done".

Real-time Preview

View the added camera in the device list and tap to access the live preview.
