Product Appearance & Interface Function Introduction

Q: Why is the touch screen unresponsive or unusable?
A: 1. For computers/micro-hosts: Check the connection first, using the genuine cable provided. Incorrect connection is a common cause. Ensure the touch cable is connected to the computer host, not just a power outlet. 2. If the connection is correct and touch still fails, try another computer. If the issue persists, contact UPERFECT to replace the touch cable. Note: Touch function may not respond on mobile phones or gaming devices (Nintendo, XBOX, PS4, etc.).
Q: Why does the touch function not respond when the monitor is set as the second monitor?
A: Set the monitor as the primary screen. In extended mode, the touch function is only available when the monitor is designated as the primary display.
Q: Why is there no touch function after HDMI connection?
A: Ensure the USB touch cable is connected between the monitor and the computer.
Q: The power indicator is on, but the screen is black or stuck.
A: 1. Use the original cables provided and verify their condition. 2. Check if video signal transmission is active. 3. Ensure the monitor is not in a default extended mode that prevents display; switch to copy mode/mirror mode if necessary.
Q: How to save the settings of brightness, volume, etc.?
A: When using the HDMI port and powering the monitor via the DC-12V port, all settings are saved automatically.
