Chapter 01: Preparations

Interface Function Introduction

A: Pulley Button (for Lower Screen): Scroll up/down to open the volume/brightness menu, then scroll to adjust. Press to enter the OSD menu, scroll to navigate, and press to confirm.

B: Power/Back Button (for Lower Screen): Long press to turn the monitor on/off. Short press to go back or enter signal source/mode selection.

C: Pulley Button (for Upper Screen): Same functionality as the lower screen pulley button.

D: Power/Back Button (for Upper Screen): Same functionality as the lower screen power/back button.

E: Type-C (for Power): For power transmission only.

F: Featured Type-C Ports (for Power and Signal): For both power and signal transmission.

G & H: Mini HDMI Ports: For signal transmission only.

I: 75*75mm VESA Mount: For mounting the monitor using VESA mounts. Screw size: M4*4mm.

Chapter 02: Specifications

Stand Features:

• The stand supports 135° opening up.
• Dual screen supports 360° folding.

Chapter 03: Screen Adjustment (On-Screen Display Menu Introduction)

PICTURE Settings:

• Brightness: Adjust screen brightness.
• Contrast: Adjust screen contrast.
• Black-equalizer: Adjust black levels for better visibility in dark scenes.
• GameMode: Optimize settings for gaming.

INFORMATION: Displays monitor information.

ADVANCE Settings:

• UltraHDRMode: Enable HDR for enhanced visual quality.
• EyeProtection: Reduce blue light emission for eye comfort.
• 3DSound: Enable 3D sound effect.
• Crosshair: Display a crosshair on the screen.

COLOR EFFECT Settings:

• Color Effect: Select preset color modes.
• Saturation: Adjust color saturation.
• Hue: Adjust color hue.
• Sharpness: Adjust image sharpness.

RESET:

• Reset: Restore OSD settings to default.
• AutoColor Adjust: Automatically adjust color settings.
• Autolmage Adjust: Automatically adjust image settings.

DispRotate: Rotate the display orientation (On/Off).

Chapter 04: Connecting

Type-C Connection

1. Use the Type-C C1 port for dual-screen display with a single cable.
2. The Type-C C2 port supports display on the upper screen only.

Note: Connecting the power supply is recommended for a more stable experience.

HDMI Connection

1. Use the HDMI 1 port for dual-screen display.
2. The HDMI 2 port supports display on the upper screen only.

Note: Using the original power adapter is recommended for a stable power supply.

Two Different Devices Connection

Device 1 can be connected via Type-C C1 or HDMI 1. Device 2 can be connected via Type-C C2 or HDMI 2.

Chapter 05: Setting Up (Windows 10)

Press the power/back button for the lower screen to access the mode selection interface.

Display Modes:

• Clone Mode: Both screens display the same content. (A displays on B)
• DPMST Mode (Dual-Panel Mode): Available for Type-C connections. Allows independent display on both screens. With the computer in extend mode, three different displays are possible.
• Link Mode: Combines the two screens into a single display with a resolution of 1920*2160. Recommended to use with the computer in extend mode. If the computer is in copy mode with a 1920*1080 resolution, the monitor will display in the center with black borders.
• Stand Along Mode: Suitable for using the two screens independently.

Common Issues and Solutions:

• Monitor not turning on: Check cable compatibility and connection, ensure correct input source, verify Type-C port supports power and signal, and ensure sufficient power supply (PD45W recommended).
• Screen flickering or going black: Insufficient power supply is the most common cause. Use original cables and ensure power source meets monitor's high power requirements (30W+ for power banks). Check for external interference, set refresh rate to 60Hz, or try a different cable.
• No signal: Ensure your device supports USB3.1/Thunderbolt 3 for Type-C connections, or use a Mini HDMI to HDMI cable. Use original cables and test with another device.
• Touch operation applied to the computer: This indicates a successful touch connection.
• Monitor turns off when brightness increases: Insufficient power supply. Increase power input.
• Abnormal conditions (splash screen, spots, restarts): Insufficient power supply is likely. Use original cables and ensure adequate power (45W+ for power banks). Test with another device.
• Inconsistent text font sizes: Adjust font size in System Settings > Screen > Select Screen > Zoom.
