Product Appearance & Interface Function Introduction
The monitor features several ports and buttons for connectivity and control:
- A & B: Type C 3.1 Port: Full-featured USB-C port for signal and power transmission.
- C: Mini HDMI Port: For audio and video signal transmission.
- D: OTG Port
- E: Power On/Off Button: Long press to power off; short press to power on or return.
- F: Menu Button: Press MENU to enter the OSD (On-Screen Display) menu; short press to confirm/turn on the monitor; long press to exit/turn off the monitor.
- G: Up Button: Long press to power off; short press to power on or return.
- H: Down Button
- I: Source Switch
- J: 3.5mm HP Port: For audio output.
- K: VESA Mount: Features 4 M4*4mm holes for mounting.
Bottom view labels: Mini HDMI Port, Type C 3.1 Port, Down Button, Source Switch, 3.5mm Audio Jack, Up Button, Menu Button, Power Button, OTG.
Functions of the Bracket & Keyboard
The monitor's integrated bracket supports 180° opening up, allowing for adjustable viewing angles from 0° to 180°.

Note: Please check if the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop supports audio and video signal transmission (Thunderbolt 3). If it is just a Type-C port for charging, you need to connect via HDMI to transmit the signal.

Note: Please check if the Type-C port of your phone supports audio and video signal transmission (USB 3.1).
HDMI Signal Transfer
Note: For a more stable power supply, it is recommended to use the original power adapter for power.
Note: If the Type-C port of your phone is not a full-featured Type-C port, or your phone uses a micro USB port, Lightning port (e.g., Google Pixel 3), you may need to purchase an adapter.
Chapter 04 Setting Up (Windows 10)
Extend Mode / Duplicate Mode / Display Mode
Way 1: Set on the device' Display Settings
- Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
- Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select "Display settings" to open the Display page.
- Scroll down to "Multiple displays", then select an option from the drop-down list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens. For the largest work area, select "Extend desktop".
Available options include: Duplicate these displays, Extend these displays, Show monitor only on 1, Show desktop only on 2.
Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor(s) listed, click "Detect". If it does not work, try restarting your computer and repeat the steps.
Way 2: Set via Windows key + P keyboard shortcut
- Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
- Press the "Windows" key and "P" key simultaneously.
- Select an option from the drop-down list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens. For the largest work area, select "Extend desktop".
Available options include: PC screen only, Duplicate, Extend, Second screen only.
Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor(s) listed, click "Detect". If it does not work, try restarting your computer and repeat the steps.
Rotate the Screen
- Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
- Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select "Display settings" to open the Display page.
- Under the "Select and rearrange displays" section, select the monitor that you want to adjust.
- Under the "Scale and layout" section, use the "Orientation" drop-down menu to select "Landscape" or "Portrait" screen.

On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu Introduction
The OSD menu allows for detailed adjustments to picture and color settings.
Picture Settings:

Information:
Displays current signal information, e.g., HDMI, 2560*1440@60.0 Hz, H:67.5KHz PCLK:148.5MHz.

Chapter 06 Q&A
Q: Abnormal conditions occurred - like the splash screen or spots when using the monitor.
A:
- This may be caused by insufficient power supply. The monitor requires a large power support. Please use the attached genuine cable provided to power the monitor.
- If using a mobile power bank, please confirm it is a PD power bank that has reached 30W or more. Contact us if you need a power bank.
- If the above solutions do not work, try another computer device. If it fails, please contact us for a cable replacement.
Q: The monitor fails to start and the screen is blank.
A:
- Please ensure the power supply is turned ON.
- Check the connection. Unplug and reconnect the cable. Use the genuine cable and power adapter.
- Note: Most Samsung mobile phones cannot power the monitor. Please use an additional power adapter for the monitor.
- Contact us if the troubleshooting above does not resolve the issue.
Q: The display is TURN-ON, shows "NO SIGNAL" or "POWER SAVING".
A:
- When using Type-C to Type-C to connect the monitor and the mobile phone, please check if the mobile phone supports USB 3.1 / Thunderbolt 3. An HDMI adapter is required to transfer the signal if your mobile phone does not support USB 3.1 / Thunderbolt 3.
- Check the connection. Please use the genuine cable provided.
- Try another computer. If it fails, please contact us for a cable replacement.
Q: The monitor is constantly restarting.
A:
- This is caused by insufficient power supply. The monitor requires a large power support. Please use the attached genuine cable provided to power the monitor.
