Chapter 06: Q&A
- Q: Abnormal conditions like splash screen or spots occur.
A: This is usually due to insufficient voltage. Check if factory-packed cables are used and if an external power supply is connected. If the issue persists, try a different device or contact support for cable replacement. - Q: Display shows "NO SIGNAL" or "POWER SAVING".
A: 1. For Type-C connections, ensure your device supports USB 3.1/Thunderbolt 3. If not, use an HDMI adapter or a 3-in-1 USB Type C HDMI Cable Adapter. 2. Check cable connections and use the provided genuine cable. 3. If the monitor battery is low, use an external power adapter. 4. Try a different computer; if the problem persists, contact support for touch cable replacement. - Q: My phone (e.g., Google brand) cannot connect directly.
A: Some phones require USB 3.1 support for direct display connection. If your phone does not support this, you may need an 'IOS / Andriod to HDTV' cable. Contact support for recommendations. - Q: No display when camera and monitor are used together.
A: Not all cameras are directly compatible with the monitor; compatibility depends on the camera model. Provide your camera model and interface to support for assistance. - Q: Monitor is constantly restarting.
A: 1. This can be caused by insufficient power. The monitor requires a large power supply. Use the attached genuine cable for power. If using a mobile power bank, ensure it supports 30W or more. Contact support if you need a power bank. 2. Try a different computer; if the issue persists, contact support for cable replacement.
