- A & B: Type C 3.1 Port: Full featured type c port for signal and power transmission.
- C: Mini HDMI Port: For Audio and Video Signal Transmission.
- D: Power On/Off Button: Long press to power off; Short press to power on or return.
- E: Pulley Button: Scroll up on the main interface to open the volume menu, then scroll up and down to adjust the volume. Scroll down on the main interface to open the Brightness menu, then scroll up and down to adjust the brightness. Press the Pulley button to enter the OSD (On Screen Display) menu. Scroll the Pulley button up and down in the menu to control the cursor, and press the Pulley button to Confirm.
- F: Audio Port: Headphone/ Sound Box Extension Port.
- G: VESA: 4 M4*4mm holes for mounting.

Installing the stand case

Step 1: Place the holster as shown above, part "1" is magnetic.
Step 2: Place the monitor as shown above, part "1" can be sticky.
Step 3: Fold the Leather cases part "5" to part "4" as shown.
Step 4: Stand up the monitor and adjust the angle.

Chapter 04 Setting Up (Windows 10)
Extend Mode / Duplicate Mode/ Display Mode
Way 1: Set on the device's Display Settings
- Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
- Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select "Display settings" to open the Display page.
- Scroll down to "Multiple displays", then select an option from the drop-down list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens. For the largest work area, select "Extend desktop".

Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor(s) listed, click "Detect". If it does not work, try restarting your computer and repeat the steps.
Way 2: Set via Windows key + P keyboard shortcut
- Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
- Press the "Windows" key and "P" keyboard key at the same time.
- Select an option from the drop-down list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens. For the largest work area, select "Extend desktop".

Rotate the Screen
- Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
- Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select "Display settings" to open the Display page.
- Under the "Select and rearrange displays" section, select the monitor that you want to adjust.
- Under the "Scale and layout" section, use the Orientation drop-down menu to select Landscape or Portrait screen.

Chapter 06 Q&A
Abnormal conditions occurred - like the splash screen or spots when using the monitor.
Answer:
- It is caused by an insufficient power supply. The monitor requires large power support. Please use the attached genuine cable provided to power the monitor.
- If using a mobile power bank, please confirm it is a PD power bank that has reached 30W or more. Contact us if you need a power bank.
- If the above resolutions do not work, please try another computer device. If it still fails, please contact us for cable replacement.
The monitor fails to start and the screen is blank.
Answer:
- Please TURN ON the power supply.
- Please check whether the connection is correct. Unplug and reconnect the cable. Use the genuine cable and power adapter.
- Note: Most Samsung mobile phones cannot power the monitor; please power the monitor with an additional power adapter.
- Please contact us if the troubleshooting above does not help.
The display is TURN-ON, shows "NO SIGNAL" or "POWER SAVING".
Answer:
- Please check if the mobile phone supports USB 3.1 / Thunderbolt 3. When using Type-C to Type-C to connect the monitor and the mobile phone, an HDMI adapter is required to transfer the signal if your mobile phone does not support USB 3.1 / Thunderbolt 3.
- Please check whether the connection is correct. Use the genuine cable provided.
- Please try another computer. If it failed, please contact us for cable replacement.
