Buttons and Interfaces
The monitor features various buttons and interfaces for operation:
- Power Indicator: Lights up with a short press, turns off with a long press (3 seconds).
- Joystick: Used for navigating menus and making selections.
- Short Key (Initial): Accesses the function menu.
- Short Key (Up): Navigates up in menus.
- Short Key (Down): Navigates down in menus.
- Short Key (Left): Quick access to brightness settings.
- Short Key (Right): Quick access to game support.
- Short Key (Select): Quick access to KVM support.
- Short Key (Back): Exits the current menu and returns to the previous one.
- Short Key (Enter/Yes): Opens menus or confirms selections.
- Power Button: Turns the display off by holding for 3 seconds.

Signal Cable Connection
Connect the signal cable to the HDMI or DP output port on your PC and then to the corresponding input port on the LCD monitor.
Headphone Connection
Connecting headphones provides audio output and also supports external speakers.
USB Update
The USB port is exclusively for firmware updates from a USB mobile device. Do not insert other devices. USB2.0: 5V 0.5A.
Power Indicator Status
A constantly lit indicator signifies normal operation. A flashing indicator represents a no-signal state. In power-saving mode, the display will resume normal operation when a signal is reacquired. In standby mode, the display remains powered. For safety, unplug the power cable when the display is not in use.
Wall Mount and Base
The monitor can be mounted on a wall or installed on its base. Ensure proper ventilation by leaving adequate space around the display as shown in the diagrams. Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the casing.
Mounting Dimensions
For wall mounting, the standard VESA mounting hole dimensions are 100mm × 100mm. The recommended wall mounting screw size is M4x10mm.
Installation Guide
- The display should be installed near an easily accessible AC power outlet.
- Using a suitable base is recommended for safety.
- To prevent injury, place the display on a smooth, horizontal surface.
- Avoid placing the display in locations subject to mechanical vibrations.
- Do not place the display where insects might enter.
- Avoid positioning the display directly in front of an air conditioner to prevent condensation and potential damage.
- Do not place the display in areas with strong electromagnetic fields, as this may cause interference and damage.

Simple Troubleshooting
Symptom | Troubleshooting Methods |

1. Black screen / Power indicator not working | Check if the power supply is properly connected to the screen and the power outlet. Verify if the screen is turned on. |
2. Blurry images, too large or too small | Access the "Image Settings" menu and select "Auto Image Adjustment" for automatic monitor correction (VGA monitors only). |
3. Dark screen | Access the "Brightness and Contrast" menu to adjust screen contrast and brightness. |
4. Screen overheating | Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the screen. Do not place objects on top of the screen. |
5. Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal due to temperature differences. The backlight will stabilize and eliminate spots after about 20 minutes of operation. |
6. Image distortion, flickering, or jittering | Check your computer's configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate. |
7. Noisy signal when powered off | Some screen noise may occur during power-off due to normal discharge. |

Important Safety Precautions
- Read all instructions carefully before using the product.
- Disconnect the power cord before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth; avoid liquid or spray cleaners. For stubborn stains, use an LCD screen cleaner.
- Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
- When unplugging the power cord or adapter, grasp the plug, not the cord itself.
- Keep the display away from water sources (e.g., bathtubs, sinks, pools). Do not place on wet floors. Avoid pressing the LCD screen with fingers or hard objects.
- The slots and openings in the casing are for ventilation. Do not block them by placing the display on beds, sofas, or carpets. Avoid placing near radiators or heaters. Do not place in enclosed spaces without adequate ventilation.

- The power cord may have a three-pin plug for grounding. Ensure it is used with a properly grounded outlet. If not, contact an electrician to replace the outlet.
- Do not attempt to repair the display yourself. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
- Unplug the power cord and contact qualified service personnel if: the power cord or plug is damaged; the display has been dropped or the casing is damaged; or the display shows obvious abnormalities requiring service.
- Place the display in a well-ventilated area, away from strong light, high temperatures, or humidity.
- Store the display in an environment between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
- The monitor screen is fragile; handle with care during movement or manipulation.

To protect the Earth, when you no longer need this product or it reaches the end of its useful life, please send it to a state-recognized recycling facility in accordance with national laws and regulations for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
