Important Safety Precautions:
- Read all instructions carefully before use.
- Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Use specialized LCD cleaner for stubborn stains.
- Do not use non-recommended accessories.
- Grip the plug, not the cord, when unplugging.
- Keep away from water sources. Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
- Ensure proper ventilation; do not block heat dissipation holes.
- Use only the specified power type.
- The three-prong plug is for safety; ensure it is used with a properly grounded outlet.
- Do not attempt self-repair; refer servicing to qualified personnel.
- Unplug and seek qualified service if the power cord/plug is damaged, the monitor is dropped, or shows obvious abnormalities.
- Store in a well-ventilated area, away from strong light, high temperature, or humidity.
- Storage temperature range: -10℃ to 60℃.
- Handle the monitor screen with care as it is fragile.

Troubleshooting
Symptom | Troubleshooting Methods |
---|---|
1. Blank screen / Power indicator not working | Check power supply connection to the monitor and outlet. Ensure the monitor is not turned off. |
2. Blurry images, too large or too small | Access the "Image Setup" menu and select "Auto Image Adjustment" for automatic correction (VGA monitors only). |
3. Dark screen | Access the "Brightness and Contrast" menu to adjust settings. |
4. Screen overheating | Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the screen. Do not place objects on the screen. |
