Product Introduction

This is a high-performance intelligent multiple frequency scanning display, utilizing an active matrix thin-film transistor LED-backlit LCD panel. The display is controlled via microcomputer MCU digital technology, offering a compact and lightweight design suitable for narrow working spaces.

Keys and Interfaces

Control Buttons

The monitor features a joystick control for navigation and power. Short-pressing the joystick turns the display on. Pressing and holding the joystick for 3 seconds turns the display off.

Shortcut Keys

• ↑ (Up): Signal Source Input
• ↓ (Down): Brightness Adjustment
• Joystick Press: Enter Function Menu / Move Up / Move Down / Exit and Return Previous Menu / Open Sub-menu and Select an Option
• Long Press Joystick: Turn off the display

Power Indicator

The power indicator light signifies the display's status: a solid light indicates normal operation, while a flashing light indicates no signal. In energy conservation mode, the display will resume normal operation when a signal is provided. The display remains powered on in standby mode; unplug the power cord when not in use for safety.

Installing the Base

To install the base, align the base components with the designated mounting points on the monitor and secure them using the provided screwdriver and screws. Ensure all connections are firm.

Mounting Location and Ventilation

For optimal performance and safety, ensure adequate ventilation. The display requires at least 10cm of space around the sides and 30cm above the unit. Do not place the monitor in enclosed spaces like book cabinets or built-in closets where ventilation is restricted. Avoid covering ventilation holes or inserting objects into the shell.

Wall Mounting: The monitor supports VESA wall mounting with a 100mm x 100mm pitch size.

General Installation Guidelines

• Install the display near an easily accessible AC power socket.
• Use a suitable base for safety.
• Place the display on a smooth horizontal surface to prevent injury.
• Avoid placing the display where it may be subjected to mechanical vibration.
• Do not place the display where insects might enter.
• Avoid placing the display directly facing an air conditioner to prevent condensation and potential faults.
• Do not place the display in environments with strong electromagnetic fields, as this can cause interference and damage.

Safety Protection

When the PC video signal exceeds the display's frequency range, the display will disable line and field synchronizing signals to protect itself. To ensure proper operation, you must set the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range for the display.

Important Safety Precautions

1. Read all instructions carefully before use.
2. Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth; use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains. Avoid liquid or spray cleaners.
3. Do not use unrecommended accessories, as they may cause danger.
4. When unplugging, hold the power plug, not the cord.
5. Keep the display away from water sources (bathtubs, sinks) and wet ground. Do not place near swimming pools. Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
6. Ensure ventilation holes are not blocked. Do not place the display on soft surfaces like beds or carpets. Avoid placing it near or above radiators or heaters. Do not place in embedded devices without adequate ventilation.
7. Use only the specified power supply type indicated on the nameplate. Consult your dealer or local power administration if unsure.
8. The power cord has a three-prong plug; ensure it is used with a properly grounded socket for safety. Contact an electrician to replace the socket if necessary.
9. Do not attempt to repair the display yourself. High voltage or other dangers may be present inside. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
10. Unplug the power cord and contact qualified maintenance personnel if:
    • The power cord or plug is damaged or worn.
    • The display has been dropped or the shell is damaged.
    • Any obvious abnormality indicates a repair is needed.
11. Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperatures, or humidity.
12. Store the display within a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
