Product Introduction
This is a high-performance intelligent multiple frequency scanning display utilizing an active matrix thin-film transistor LED-backlit LCD. Controlled via microcomputer MCU digital technology, it is compact and lightweight, suitable for narrow working spaces.

About the Base
Installing the Base
- Align the base with the bottom of the stand and plug it in tightly.
- Tighten the screws at the bottom using the screwdriver to fix the stand and base.
- Insert the stand into the recess of the rear cover.
- Base installation is now complete.
Keys and Interfaces
Initial Shortcut Keys
- Power Indicator: Turn on by short-pressing. Turn off by pressing and holding for 3 seconds.
- Joystick: Used for navigation ([move-up], [move-down]), entering the Function Menu, exiting menus, and selecting options.

Ports
The display features the following ports: HDMI, DP, TYPE-C, USB 1, USB 2, and DC power input.
Signal Cable Connection
Connect the signal cable (HDMI or DP) from the PC's output port to the corresponding input port on the LCD.
Headset Connection
Connecting a headset provides audio output. The display also supports external loudspeakers.
USB Connection (USB3.0: 5V=0.9A)
Connect the Type-C cable between the monitor and the PC. Use the joystick to switch KVM interfaces. The USB ports on the display support data transmission.
Power Indicator Status
A constant indicator light signifies normal operation. A flashing indicator means there is no signal. In energy-saving mode, the display will resume normal operation when a signal is detected. The display remains powered on in standby mode. For safety, unplug the power cord when the display is not in use.
Mounting Location and Ventilation
For base installation, ensure adequate ventilation by leaving at least 30cm of space above and 10cm on the sides and rear. Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the shell. Avoid placing the display in confined spaces like book cabinets or built-in closets without proper ventilation. For wall mounting, use M4*10~12mm screws and a 75mm x 75mm VESA mount pattern. The display can be tilted between -5° and 15°.

Installation Guide
- Install the display near an easily accessible AC power socket.
- Use the provided base for safety.
- Place the display on a smooth horizontal plane to prevent injury.
- Avoid locations prone to mechanical vibration.
- Ensure no insects can enter the unit.
- Do not position the display directly facing an air conditioner to prevent condensation and potential faults.
- Avoid areas with strong electromagnetic fields, which can cause interference and damage.
Safety Protection
If the PC video signal frequency exceeds the display's acceptable range, the display will disable line and field synchronizing signals to protect itself. Ensure the PC's output frequency is set within the display's supported range for proper operation.
Power Management System
- Normal Operation: Power consumption is ≤168W.
- Standby: Power consumption is ≤0.5W.
Simple Problems Disposal
- Symptom: Blank screen / Power indicator does not work.
Disposal: Verify the power supply is properly connected to the display and the power socket. Confirm the display is turned on. - Symptom: Dark screen.
Disposal: Access the "Display" menu to adjust the contrast and brightness settings. - Symptom: Display overheating.
Disposal: Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space surrounds the display. Do not place objects on top of the display. - Symptom: Dark/light spots when powered on.
Disposal: This is a normal occurrence due to environmental temperature differences affecting the backlight. The issue typically resolves after approximately 20 minutes of operation as the backlight stabilizes. - Symptom: Image distortion, flashing, or shaking.
Disposal: Check your computer's configuration. Select the correct resolution and reset the refresh rate. - Symptom: Noisy signal when powered off.
Disposal: This may be due to normal discharge occurring when the display is powered off.
Important Safety Precautions
- Please read all instructions carefully before using the product.
- When cleaning the display, unplug the power cord. Wipe the display with a soft wet cloth instead of liquid or spray cleaner. Use an LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
- Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, as this may lead to dangerous situations.
- When unplugging the power cord or power adapter, hold the power plug firmly rather than pulling the cord directly.
- Do not place the display near water sources like bathtubs, washbasins, kitchen sinks, or washing machines. Avoid placing it on wet ground or near swimming pools. Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
- The shell's grooves and holes are for ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not block them or place the display on surfaces like beds, sofas, or carpets that could obstruct airflow. Avoid placing it near or above radiators or heaters. Do not place it in embedded devices unless adequate ventilation is provided.
- Only use the power supply type indicated on the nameplate. Consult your dealer or local power administration if unsure.
- For safety, if the power cord has a three-prong plug, ensure it is used with a properly grounded socket. If your socket is incompatible, contact an electrician to replace it.
- Do not attempt to repair the display yourself, as removing the shell may expose you to high voltage or other dangers. Refer repairs to qualified maintenance personnel.
- Unplug the power cord and contact qualified maintenance personnel for repairs if:
- The power cord or plug is damaged or worn.
- The display has been dropped or the shell is damaged.
- Any obvious abnormality occurs.
- Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperatures, or humidity.
- Store the display between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
- The monitor screen is fragile; handle it with care during movement or handling.
