Simple Problems Disposal
Symptom | Disposal Method |
---|---|
1. Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check if the power supply is properly connected to the display and the power socket. Ensure the display is turned on. |
2. Blurred images (too large or too small) | Go to "Image Settings" and select "Image Auto Adjust" for automatic monitor adjustment (VGA monitors only). |
3. Dark screen | Adjust contrast and brightness in the "Brightness & Contrast" menu. |
4. Display overheating | Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place objects on the display. |
5. Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal. Uneven light emission from the backlight tube may occur initially due to temperature differences. Normal light emission and elimination of spots should occur within 20 minutes. |
6. Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check your computer's configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate. |
7. Noisy signal when powered off | This may be caused by normal discharge during the display's power-off state. |
Safety Protection
If the PC video signal exceeds the display's frequency range, the display will disable line and field synchronizing signals to protect itself. You must set the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range for the display to function correctly.
Power Management System
- Normal Operation: Power Consumption ≤36W
- Standby: Power Consumption ≤0.5W
Important Safety Precautions
- Read all instructions carefully before use.
- Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains. Do not use liquid or spray cleaners.

- Use only the specified power supply type. Consult your dealer or local power administration if unsure.
- The three-prong plug requires a properly grounded socket for safety. Contact an electrician to replace the socket if necessary.
- Do not attempt to repair the display yourself. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
- Unplug the power cord and contact qualified personnel for repair if: the power cord or plug is damaged, the display is dropped or the shell is damaged, or any obvious abnormality indicates a need for repair.
- Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperature, and humidity.
- Store the display within a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
