Kingston Basket Strainer Installation Instructions

Installation Note

NOTE: USE TEFLON TAPE ON ALL THREADED CONNECTIONS.

Components

The following components are included in the basket strainer assembly:

Basket: The removable part that catches debris.
Drain Body: The main threaded component that fits into the sink drain hole.
Rubber Washer: A sealing washer, typically placed on the underside of the sink.
Gasket: Another sealing component, often used with the rubber washer.
Nut: A fastening nut, usually a brass nut, to secure the drain body.
Washer: A metal or plastic washer used in conjunction with the nut.
Slip Nut: A nut used to connect a tailpiece or pipe to the drain assembly.
