R. STAHL 8530/1-MCB-STA103N-C32-000-4 Circuit Breaker
Article No.: 293859
Product Description
The R. STAHL 8530/1-MCB-STA103N-C32-000-4 circuit breaker is part of the system technology components. It offers good current limitation in case of short circuits and high breaking capacity (10, 15, or 25 kA), leading to reduced load on electrical lines and improved selectivity with connected fuses. The modules feature a modular design, are available in 1 to 4-pole versions, and support nominal currents from 0.5–63 A. Maximum mounting capacity is 4.5 division units.
Key features include:
- Disconnector function according to EN 60947-2
- Energy limitation class 3
- Easy substitution or expansion of installations due to modular design
- Simple mounting via DIN mounting rail in Ex e enclosures
- Fixed thermal and magnetic trip
- Ergonomic operating lever for safe connection and disconnection
- Protection against reconnection during maintenance using padlocks (accessories)

Technical Diagrams
Trip Curve Characteristic: The document includes a graph illustrating the trip characteristic 'C' for AC and DC, showing the relationship between the multiple of the rated current (I/In) and the tripping time in seconds and minutes. This curve indicates the time it takes for the circuit breaker to trip under various overcurrent conditions.
Dimensional Drawings: Several diagrams provide the dimensions of the circuit breaker and its mounting configurations. These include:
- Overall dimensions: Width 110 mm [4.33 in], Length 165 mm [6.50 in], Depth 138.30 mm [5.44 in].
- Details of the 8530/1, 4 division units, showing mounting and connection points.
- A diagram illustrating the mounting of the circuit breaker on a top-hat rail.
