This manual provides instructions for the VEVOR TV Wall Mount, Model RLLT2-E. It is designed for TVs ranging from 37 to 70 inches and has a maximum weight capacity of 132 lbs (60 kg). The mount supports VESA patterns up to 600x400mm.

• Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

• Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface that can safely support the mount.
• Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area before proceeding.

Use Precautions:

• This product is designed for wood stud and solid concrete walls only. Do not mount on drywall alone.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 132 lbs (60 kg).
• The wall must be capable of supporting five times the combined weight of the TV and mount.
• Use this product only for purposes explicitly specified by the manufacturer.
• Inspect the mount before each use. Do not use if parts are loose or damaged.

Assembly Steps

STEP 1: Attach Brackets to TV

STEP 1-1: Measure TV Hole Pattern

Determine the VESA pattern (Horizontal x Vertical) of your TV. Common VESA sizes include:

• 100mm x 100mm (approx. 4 in x 4 in)
• 200mm x 200mm (approx. 7 7/8 in x 7 7/8 in)
• 300mm x 300mm (approx. 11 3/4 in x 11 3/4 in)
• 400mm x 400mm (approx. 15 3/4 in x 15 3/4 in)
• 600mm x 400mm (approx. 23 5/8 in x 15 3/4 in)

STEP 1-2: Select TV Screws

Check the VESA pattern of your TV before installation. Ensure you select the correct screw size and spacers (G, H) if needed. Avoid cable interference.

STEP 1-3: Assemble Wall Plate

Connect the two wall plate sections (01 and 02) using screws and a screwdriver to form a single wall plate unit.

STEP 1-4: Attach the TV Brackets

a. Flat-Panel TV: Attach the TV brackets (03 Left, 04 Right) to the back of the TV using screws (A, C, E) and washers (I). Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly.

b. Curved TV: Attach the TV brackets (03 Left, 04 Right) to the back of the TV using screws (B, D, F), spacers (G, H), and washers (I). Use the appropriate combination of spacers for a secure fit.

STEP 2: Attach Wall Plate to Wall

STEP 2A: Wood Stud Installation

• 2A-1: Use a stud finder to locate wood studs. Ensure the stud size meets the minimum requirements (nominal 4"/102mm, actual 3 1/2"/89mm or nominal 2"/51mm, actual 1 1/2"/38mm).
• 2A-2: Position the wall plate on the wall, ensuring it is level. Mark the hole locations. The plate can be mounted at 16" or 24" stud spacing.
• 2A-3: Drill pilot holes using a 7/32" (5.5mm) wood drill bit. The pilot hole depth should be approximately 2.5" (64mm).
• 2A-4: Secure the wall plate to the wood studs using lag bolts (J) and washers. Ensure a gap of 5-10mm between the wall plate and the wall.
• 2A-5: Insert the lag bolts (J) through the wall plate and into the pilot holes. Tighten using a socket wrench.
• 2A-6: Secure the wall plate further with screws (K).
• 2A-7: Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened by checking the locking mechanism (L).

STEP 2B: Solid Concrete Wall Installation

Caution: Use anchors (M) only for solid concrete and concrete block walls. Do not use in drywall or wood studs.

• 2B-1: Position the wall plate on the concrete wall, ensuring it is level. Mark the hole locations.
• 2B-2: Drill holes using a 3/8" (10mm) concrete drill bit. The hole depth should be approximately 2.75" (70mm).
• 2B-3: Insert the wall anchors (M) into the drilled holes. Gently tap with a hammer if necessary.
• 2B-4: Align the wall plate with the anchors and secure it using lag bolts (J) and washers. Ensure a gap of 5-10mm between the wall plate and the wall.
• 2B-5: Insert the lag bolts (J) through the wall plate and into the anchors. Tighten using a socket wrench.
• 2B-6: Secure the wall plate further with screws (K).
• 2B-7: Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened by checking the locking mechanism (L).

STEP 3: Hang and Secure TV to Wall Plate

Carefully lift the TV and hook the attached brackets onto the wall plate. Ensure the safety straps engage to secure the TV. Refer to the diagram for proper engagement.

STEP 4: Adjustments

STEP 4-1: Tilting Angle Adjustments

Adjust the tilting angle of the TV between +1° and -8°. Loosen the screws to adjust the angle, then tighten them to secure the position.

STEP 5: Take Down the TV from the Mount

To remove the TV, pull down the safety straps to release the brackets from the wall plate. Carefully lower the TV.
