Instructions

STEP 1: Initial Setup

Power on the main body of the support and adjust it to open. Use a screwdriver to remove the four inner fixing screws, then detach the front connecting plate. Keep the screws as spares.

Diagram Description: Illustration showing the TV lift mechanism being opened and screws being removed from the front connecting plate.

STEP 2: Wall Mounting

Position the support wall plate, mark the hole locations, and drill the holes. Insert the expansion tubes into the holes, and then insert the expansion screw through the wall plate to fix the main body of the support.

Installation tips: Screw the expansion screws into the left and right gourd holes about halfway (1/2). Position the support body over the screws through the large hole in the gourd. Temporarily suspend the support by aligning it with the empty hole position. Next, insert the expansion screws into the remaining four positions. Finally, tighten all the expansion screws to complete the installation, making the process easier.

Diagram Description: Illustration showing the wall plate being positioned, holes marked, and expansion screws being inserted. A close-up shows the installation tip for aligning screws.

STEP 3: Attaching Beams and Mounting Plate

① Insert the two beams into the two holes on the upper and lower sides of the hook, and install and fix the plugs at both ends of the beams by screws.

② Connect the upper and lower four holes of the mounting plate to the four middle holes of the beam through bolts and nuts.

Diagram Description: Illustrations showing the attachment of beams to the hook mechanism and the connection of the mounting plate to the beams using bolts and nuts.

STEP 4: Connecting the TV

① Select the appropriate holes for the two vertical hooks of the assembled tic-tac-stand, and connect the tic-tac-stand with the holes on the back of the TV.

② Install the safety screws above and below the two hooks respectively.

Diagram Description: Illustration showing the TV mount hooks being attached to the back of a TV, with safety screws being installed.

STEP 5: Final TV Installation

Connect the 4 holes of the connecting plate attached to the TV and the holes at the front end of the main body through the spare screws removed in Step 1.

Diagram Description: Illustration showing the final connection of the TV to the main lift body using screws.

STEP 6: Connection Adapter Setup

The connection adapter includes the remote control (with Indication Light ?, Up ⬆️, Down ⬇️, Stop buttons), the Controller Pad (with Up/Down ⬆️/⬇️, Height Level, Memory Function buttons), and the power adapter. Ensure all components are connected as per the diagram.

Diagram Description: A diagram showing the remote control, controller pad, power adapter, and associated cables, illustrating the connection setup.

Controller Instruction Manual

I. Function Introduction

The intelligent single column controller offers:

  • Control of two motors for synchronous operation.
  • Indicator light to display fault and resetting status.
  • Control via up and down buttons.
  • Optional wireless remote control.

II. System Parameters

  • Input Voltage: DC29V
  • Input Current: Recommending above 1.8A, depending on the load.
  • Maximum Output Voltage of Motor Interface: DC29V
  • Maximum Output Current of Motor Interface: 4A
  • Operating Temperature: 0~40℃
  • Working Humidity: 20~90%
  • Storage Temperature: 20~70℃

III. System Connection

The system comprises: A. Handheld Controller, B. Main Controller, C. Telecontroller, D. Non-part of the system (likely the lift column itself).

Diagram Description: A diagram illustrating the connection between the Handheld Controller, Main Controller, and Telecontroller, with the lift column indicated.

IV. Motor Interface Plug Definition

The motor interface provides connections for motor power (+/-), Hall switch (2ch, GND, 1ch), and a 5VDC output.

Diagram Description: A diagram detailing the pinout and voltage specifications for the motor interface plugs.

V. Fault Code and Treatment

1. Fault Code Err1:

If the manual controller displays "Er1", it indicates a fault with the M1 interface channel. This could be due to motors not being connected correctly, the Hall signal board not being connected, or issues with the paper line.

Resolution: After resolving the issue, press and hold the 'down' button ⬇️ for more than 3 seconds to clear the fault and return the machine to the reset state.

Diagram Description: Images of the controller displaying the 'Er1' fault code and the M1 interface connection.

VI. System Reset

1. Prompt Reset: When the manual controller indicator light is always on, the system is resetting and requires manual reset.

2. Line Reset: When the manual controller shows the minimum height, pressing the "down" button ⬇️ for more than 5 seconds with the indicator light on signifies resetting.

3. Releasing Hand to Start Reset: Begin the reset process by releasing the hand control after the manual controller indicator light turns on.

4. Reset Method: When the manual controller indicator light is always on, press and hold the "down" button ⬇️. The column may begin to shorten, and its speed might slow down. Observe for any damage during operation; if any occurs, stop immediately.

Diagram Description: Illustrations showing the controller's indicator light states during various reset procedures. An illustration depicts the lift column shortening during the reset process.

The column will rise 5~10mm after a short time when it reaches the lowest point. When the manual controller indicator light is off, releasing the hand completes the resetting process.

Diagram Description: An illustration showing the lift column rising a small distance after reaching its lowest point. Another image shows the controller with the indicator light off.

VII. Preset Target Height

1. Preset Target Height Quantity: The system provides 4 groups of preset height storage.

2. Preset Target Height Data Erasure: The erasing function is not configured separately. When a new parameter is set, the system automatically erases the old parameter.

3. Preset Target Height Operation Method: At any height (when not in an error state), the current height parameter can be preset to keys 1-4.

Example:

① Set the current height 56 to key No. 2.

② Press the "M" key to display "SET".

③ Within 2 seconds, press "2" before "SET" disappears.

④ The "S-2" preset is displayed. The previous display is restored.

5. Using Preset Target Height: At any height (when not in an error state), you can use keys 1-4 to quickly reach the preset target height. If the current height is already near the preset target height, no action will be performed.

Diagram Description: Images of the controller showing the process of setting a preset height, including displaying "SET" and confirming the preset "S-2".

VIII. Telecontroller Operation

1. Matching Window Period: This period begins upon repowering and lasts for 3 seconds. A buzzing sound indicates the end of the period.

2. Right Code: During the matching window period, press and hold the "up" button ⬆️. A sequence of 4 long and 3 short buzzing sounds indicates that the code matching is complete.

IX. Backtracking When Encountering Obstacles

In addition to the reset state, when working, if the mechanical structure encounters sudden changes in loading, the controller will perform a fallback operation to prevent external injury.
