Product Overview

This document provides instructions for the VEVOR Universal TV Stand, Model PCT01-2. It includes safety guidelines, a parts list, step-by-step assembly instructions, and product specifications. Please read all instructions carefully before operation.

Safety Instructions

WARNING: Before installation, ensure that your TV stand mounting holes, dimensions, and weight can meet the specifications and standards of the TV stand. If you have any questions, please contact customer support.

Important Safety Notes:

1. Use professional safety devices and tools during installation as per assembly instructions. Improper installation can lead to TV falls or serious injury.
2. Ensure the support surface can safely bear the weight of the device and all accessories before installation.
3. Do not exceed the intended load capacity to prevent serious injury or property damage.
4. This product contains small parts that may cause choking hazards. Keep out of reach of children.
5. This product is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor use may result in product damage and personal injury.

Maintenance:

Periodically check the connection between the bracket and the TV to ensure stability. Verify that screws are not loose or fallen off (at least once every three months). Address any security risks by replacing or reinforcing parts promptly.

WARNING FOR POWER STRIP:

ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND FIRE HAZARD! The power strip must not be connected to power prior to installation. Failure to comply may result in electrical failure, fire, and electrocution.

• Installation of the power strip and related wiring must be performed by a qualified electrician in compliance with all applicable electrical codes.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid hazards.
• For indoor use only.
• Do not open the cover under any circumstances. If the cover is damaged, the adapter must not be used.
• This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the Base

Attach the base components. Use screws [A] (x4), washers [TV10] (x4), and the provided Allen keys [L] (4mm) and [M] (5mm) for tightening. Ensure the support pillar is oriented with clip holes facing backwards.

Step 2: Attach the Main Support Pillar

Slide the main support pillar [2] onto the assembled base. Secure it using screws [H] (x4) and [J] (x4) with washers [TV10] (x4). Use Allen key [L] (4mm) for tightening. Ensure the support pillar is assembled with clip holes on the same side.

Attach the shelf [9] to the main support pillar using screws [G] (x3) and [K] (x4) with washers [TV10] (x4). Use Allen key [L] (4mm) for tightening.

Step 3: Attach the TV Mounting Bracket

Attach the TV mounting bracket [5] to the top of the main support pillar. Use screws [D] (x4) and [E] (x3). Use Allen key [L] (4mm) for tightening.

Step 4: Prepare for TV Attachment

Measure the width (X) and height (Y) of your TV's VESA mounting holes. The stand supports VESA patterns from 100x100mm up to 600x400mm.

Important: If width X is greater than 600mm or height Y is greater than 400mm, STOP installation and contact customer support.

You are provided with screws of diameters M4, M5, and M8. Determine the correct screw diameter that fits your TV's mounting holes.

• For TVs with irregular or obstructed backs, use Spacers [SP].
• For TVs with flat or unobstructed backs, no spacers are needed.

WARNING: Please keep these instructions for future reference.

Step 5: Attach Bracket to TV

Attach the bracket arms to the back of your TV using the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers:

• For TV1: Use M4x30 screws [TV1] (x4) with Washer with 3 holes [TV10] (x4).
• For TV2-3: Use M6x16 screws [TV2] (x4) with Washer with 3 holes [TV10] (x4).
• For TV4-6: Use M8x16 screws [TV4] (x4) with Washer with 3 holes [TV10] (x4).

Use spacers [TV7] (x8), [TV8] (x4), or [TV9] (x4) as needed based on your TV's back panel design.

Step 6: Mount TV onto Stand

Carefully lift the TV and mount it onto the assembled stand. Align the bracket arms with the mounting points on the stand. Secure the TV using screws [F] (x2) and [M] (x3).
