Dear User, This user manual describes the essential operating and maintenance methods for the electric bicycle. To improve your riding experience, please familiarize yourself with the performance, functions, safety precautions, and maintenance requirements of this product using this manual. If you have any questions, please contact the official customer service team or an authorized service point in a timely manner. We will assist you with diagnosis as soon as possible.
Safety Precautions
- Please ensure you understand and comply with the safety notes listed in this manual to significantly reduce the risk. When entering public spaces, please comply with all national and local laws and regulations. Stay alert while riding and maintain a safe distance from others and vehicles.
- The e-bike must be operated according to the guidelines in the manual. The user is responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance with the operating instructions.
- This product is not designed for professional off-road riding. Please do not use it as a mountain bike.
- For your first ride, please choose a private area without traffic. Once you are familiar with the product, you can ride on public roads.
- Before each ride, please thoroughly check for loose screws or damaged parts. If this product makes abnormal noises, please stop immediately and seek assistance from official customer service.
- Avoid exceeding the speed limit. Never ride in areas where motor vehicles are present, regardless of the circumstances.
- For safety reasons, the use of this product by persons under 16 years of age is strictly prohibited. The use of this product is prohibited in the following situations:
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Persons who cannot participate in strenuous physical activities due to illness.
- Persons who cannot maintain balance or have difficulty with balance due to underdeveloped motor skills.
- Persons whose weight exceeds the limit. (See section 2.1.1 for weight limit.)
- Pregnant women.
- Be cautious when using this product in adverse weather conditions such as snow, rain, slippery roads, and ice.
- Do not attempt to charge this product if the charger or power adapter is wet. When charging this product in a public area, pay attention to compliance with local safety laws and regulations.
- To ensure effective protection and easy use of the bicycle, always use officially designated parts.
- If you wish to modify your e-bike, please consult the official after-sales team and proceed with caution, observing local laws and regulations. The manufacturer assumes no liability for injuries or bicycle damage resulting from unauthorized modifications.
- Do not charge the battery when the electric bicycle is turned on or running, as there is a risk of burns.

1.3 Functions

Common Function Descriptions:
- Power On/Off: Press the power button for 1 second to turn the bicycle on, and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn it off.
- Adjusting Support Level: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the support levels.
- Walk Assist Mode: Hold the '-' button to switch to walk assist mode. The speed is 6 km/h, and the display shows the walk assist symbol. Release the '-' button to exit the mode, and the walk assist symbol will disappear.
- Headlight Switch: The display has a light sensor function that automatically turns the light on or off based on ambient light. You can also manually turn the light on or off by briefly pressing the light button. When the light is on, the display brightness dims. Press the light button again to turn off the light, and the display brightness will return to normal.
- Switching Riding Data: After powering on, default data is displayed. Briefly press the power button to view other data, and press it again to return to the main screen.
- Error Code Display: In case of an e-bike control system malfunction, the display will automatically show an error code. For a detailed explanation of error codes, see Section 3.3, Error Code Explanation.

2.2 How to Remove the Battery

2.3 How to Charge
Diagrams for two charging modes are shown: 1. Charging the battery directly on the frame. 2. Removing the battery for charging.
Note: The battery has a small charge from the factory; charge fully before first use. Use the original charger. Non-original chargers may damage the battery.
Steps:
- Start of Charging: Fully insert the charger into the battery port, then fully insert the charger's power plug into the socket.
- Status Indicator: If the charging indicator on the charger is red, it means charging is normal; if the indicator is green, it means the battery is fully charged.
- Charge Time: Approximately 5-8 hours.
- End of Charging: Disconnect the power plug from the wall socket first, then disconnect the charger from the battery. To charge using Method 1, simply close the battery's dust cover. To charge using Method 2, insert and secure the battery into the frame, then close the battery's dust cover.
Notes: The charger contains high-voltage equipment. Unauthorized repairs are strictly prohibited due to the danger involved.
Warning: The battery and charger must be placed in a safe, well-ventilated, and dry location, out of reach of children and away from flammable, explosive, or hazardous items (such as sofas, etc.). Furthermore, the device must not be charged outdoors to avoid accidents such as electrical short circuits and fires due to rain or similar elements.
Warning: If you notice an unusual smell or if the battery or charger becomes excessively hot during charging, stop charging immediately and contact customer service.
2.4 Quick Operation
Before using the product, please follow the installation manual to correctly install the relevant components. Ensure that no fasteners are loose, the battery is sufficiently charged, and appropriate safety measures for riding are taken.
Step 1: Adjust Handlebar and Saddle
Adjust the handlebar and saddle to a suitable riding height according to the rider's size. Ensure that the quick-release mechanism of the saddle and the handlebar screws are fully tightened. It is recommended to adjust the handlebar to a comfortable height based on your riding habits and the saddle to the height of your pelvis. However, the height should never exceed the safety mark.
Step 2: Turn On and Adjust Headlight
- Press the power button for 1 second to turn on the bicycle.
- Hold the '+' button to turn on the light.
- Adjust the headlight so that it illuminates the area 10 meters in front of you.
Press the power button for 1 second to turn on the bicycle, and hold it for 3 seconds to turn it off.
Step 3: Adjust Gear/Mode
Switch riding modes according to road conditions and personal needs. This bicycle is equipped with 5 support levels. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to change the levels. Level 1 is suitable for relatively flat roads. The steeper the incline, the higher the level can be set. Note: When the bicycle is in PAS 0 mode, there is no electric assistance, and it functions like a normal bicycle.
Step 4: Riding
Start riding. Wear a helmet before riding.
Step 5: Braking Instructions
The left brake controls the front wheel, and the right brake controls the rear wheel. Always apply the right brake first, followed by the left brake, to gradually slow down and stop. Warning: Never apply the front brake abruptly alone, as this can lead to a loss of balance and an accident. The maximum load for this electric bicycle is 120 kg; do not exceed this weight limit.
2.5 Instrument Settings
You can also perform the following steps to access detailed settings:
- Access Settings: While the bicycle is on, press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously for more than 2 seconds to enter the settings screen (see Figure 1).
- Select a Setting: Press the '+' or '-' button to select different setting options.
- Adjust an Option: Press the '*' button to access a selected setting, then use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the option. Press the '*' button again to confirm.
- Settings Descriptions:
- ODO reset: Clears the recorded total mileage.
- Toggle unit: Switches the unit for mileage (e.g., km/miles).
- Brightness: Adjusts screen brightness.
- Password: Set a startup password. The correct password must be entered to access the main screen and adjust the support level.
- AI Sensitivity: The display can detect ambient light and automatically turn the light on or off. With this option, you can adjust the light sensitivity or disable the function.
- Exit Settings: Press the '+' or '-' button to switch to "BACK", then press the '*' button to return to the main screen.

Maintenance and Operation Notes
3.1 Notes for Operation
Safety Guidelines for Electric Bicycles
- The electric bicycle should not be parked in foyers, stairwells, corridors, and safety exits.
- The electric bicycle should not be charged and parked in residential buildings. It should be kept away from flammable materials during charging. The charging time should not exceed 12 hours.
- Water ingress into electrical parts must be strictly avoided. When cleaning, be careful not to get water on the charging port, wire harness connectors, and other electrical components.
- When adjusting the height of the saddle and the handlebar, ensure that the safety marking of the saddle and handlebar is not exposed.
- Please do not make private modifications to the vehicle. For example: changing the battery configuration, altering the wiring, increasing the power of the headlights, and adding speakers, etc.
- Do not touch live parts of the bicycle with wet hands or metal ladders. For example: battery terminals, charging ports, charger plugs, etc.
- Do not disassemble electrical parts without permission, as this may allow liquid and metal shavings to enter the electrical parts.
- Do not expose the bicycle to sunlight or rain for extended periods to avoid aging of parts.
- Please clean the bicycle with clean water and a neutral detergent. Do not disassemble the internal parts for washing to avoid short circuits.
Note: Repair by laypersons is strictly prohibited. In case of a malfunction, the bicycle should be repaired at a maintenance point designated by the manufacturer.
Riding Safety: Please observe national and local traffic regulations. Please pay attention to riding safety.
- It is strictly prohibited for persons under 16 years of age to ride electric bicycles in traffic. Do not lend electric bicycles to persons who cannot operate the bicycle to avoid danger.
- Please ride on non-motorized lanes. The maximum speed should not exceed the maximum speed stipulated in local regulations.
- Electric bicycles should only carry persons or goods in accordance with legal regulations.
- When riding, please wear a suitable protective helmet and fasten the safety belt.
- The braking distance will be extended in rain or snow. Please ride slower under these weather conditions. Avoid riding in adverse weather such as heavy rain.
- Please strictly adhere to traffic rules. Never ride after consuming alcohol. Never ride with one hand or without hands on the handlebars.
- When riding, it is best to wear brightly colored clothing with loose sleeves that allow you to move freely. Please wear low-heeled shoes or sports shoes.
Important Notes While Riding
- For your safety, please adhere to traffic rules.
- Please wear a protective helmet and take safety precautions before riding.
- The bicycle should accelerate slowly when starting. If you accelerate too quickly, you may lose control.
- In rain and snow, the braking distance should be extended accordingly. You must concentrate while riding and ride slowly to avoid side slips and falls.
- Please shift down gears before stopping for the next ride.
Pre-Ride Inspection
- Turn on the device and check if all indicator lights on the screen are illuminated and if the battery power is sufficient.
- Check if the headlight and taillight are functioning properly and if the headlight angle is correct.
- Check if the electric bicycle's bell is in good condition.
- Check if the handlebar and seatpost are adjusted correctly. Ensure that the locking screws (or quick releases) are tightened securely.
- Check if the brake is functioning properly, if the brake lever returns flexibly, and if the taillight illuminates when braking.
- Check if the tire pressure is normal, if there are any cracks or unusual wear, and if nails, stones, glass, or other sharp objects are embedded.
- Check if the wheel bolts are locked. Check if the pedals and reflectors are not lost, broken, or dirty.
Notes for Push and Stop
- The power switch should be turned off when pushing the bicycle to avoid accidents caused by unintentional throttle operation while pushing.
- If you are pushing the bicycle uphill or carrying heavy items on the bicycle, you can activate the push assist function.
- When parking, place the bicycle stand on a level surface and turn off the power.
- Please maintain and clean the bicycle regularly to keep it in the best condition.
3.2 Maintenance and Self-Inspection
Maintenance and Self-Inspection
- The electric bicycle was adjusted before leaving the factory. If in doubt, please contact the manufacturer or supplier.
- Regularly check tire pressure to maintain it within the normal pressure range.
- Main components such as the handlebar, folding tube, saddle, seatpost, top tube, down tube, seat tube, chainring, chain, front wheel, and rear wheel should be checked and adjusted regularly to ensure they function properly. If screws are loose, please tighten them promptly.
- It is recommended to fill the bearings of the axles, the fork, and the pedals every six months with 3# calcium-based grease; fill the chain, derailleur, and bicycle stand every two months with 30# motor oil.
- If wear parts such as brake pads, chain, tires, etc., are damaged, please visit a local maintenance point to replace them. Please replace them with parts of the same type and specification.
Motor Maintenance
- The motor base and end cap have been sealed. Please do not open the motor.
- Keep the motor clean. Ensure that no foreign objects, corrosive liquids, or gases enter the motor. Do not strike the motor housing to avoid damaging the motor.
- The motor is IPX5 waterproof. Do not clean the motor with a water spray gun or immerse the motor in water. If the water level reaches the middle of the motor hub, it may cause a short circuit of the bicycle and damage the electrical components.
Battery Maintenance
- Lithium batteries have high capacity, long lifespan, and light weight. Their lifespan depends on your usage habits. Please charge the battery regularly and promptly. Do not store the battery for extended periods.
- The battery must be fully charged before the first use. It is recommended that each charging time be 6-8 hours. The longest charging time should not exceed 12 hours.
- If the lithium battery is not used for a long time, it must be charged for more than two hours per month. It is strictly forbidden to store the battery in an undervoltage state; once the battery reaches a state of undervoltage, it will cause large and irreversible damage to the battery.
DANGER: Do not disassemble the old battery without authorization; instead, recycle it at the designated location or maintenance point.
WARNING: Batteries should not be stored near open flames or heat sources. Batteries must not be thrown into fire. Batteries must not be exposed to high temperatures from sunlight.
3.3 Troubleshooting and Error Handling Methods

4.1 Customer Service and Warranty Coverage
Warranty Principles
- The user must use the product as described in this manual. For performance defects attributable to product quality, the company will fulfill its warranty obligations in accordance with the provisions of consumer protection laws.
- The company is responsible for repairing faults that do not fall under the warranty, as well as for repairing main components after the warranty period has expired. However, corresponding fees will be charged.
- For battery replacement after the warranty period expires, the company will provide the battery at cost price. The corresponding battery must, however, be collected and returned to the manufacturer to ensure safety and prevent environmental pollution.

4.2 Warranty Cards and Maintenance Records
Notes on Warranty:
- Accessories are covered by the warranty strictly in accordance with the warranty period.
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
- The charger, battery, and motor, if disassembled without authorization, are not covered by the warranty.
- Other parts of the bicycle are only covered under the three-month warranty in case of quality problems.
- If other parts of the bicycle fail, maintenance must be carried out by a professional maintenance service. It is not permitted to disassemble and reassemble the bicycle without authorization. The controller, battery, and charger must have intact labels.
- For bicycle repairs, the warranty card, invoice, conformity certificate, and other relevant documents must be presented.
- The battery is subject to a separate warranty. For battery problems, the battery must be returned to the manufacturer to determine if it falls under the warranty according to the battery test, and then the warranty liability will be settled accordingly.
