Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach two side panels to a base panel using three dowels (Part No. 101350) per side. The diagram shows dowels being inserted into pre-drilled holes.
Step 2
Attach the remaining side panel to the base panel using twelve dowels (Part No. 101350). The diagram shows dowels being inserted into the base and side panels.
Step 3
Connect vertical dividers to the base and side panels. Use six screws (Part No. 100214) and the cam lock system (Part No. 100001) for each connection point. The diagram shows screws being driven and cam locks being engaged.
Step 4
Attach more vertical dividers. Use three screws (Part No. 100214) and the cam lock system (Part No. 100001) for each connection. The diagram illustrates the assembly of internal dividers.
Step 5
Attach further vertical dividers. Use three dowels (Part No. 100214) and the cam lock system (Part No. 100001) for each connection. The diagram shows dowels and cam lock parts being used.
Step 6
Attach additional vertical dividers. Use four dowels (Part No. 101350) and the cam lock system (Part No. 100001) for each connection. The diagram shows dowels and cam lock parts being used for internal structure.
Step 7
Attach the back panel. Use four screws (Part No. 100214) and the cam lock system (Part No. 100001). The diagram shows the back panel being fitted and secured.
Step 8
Attach the top panel. Use the cam lock system (Part No. 100001) for connections. The diagram shows the top panel being placed and secured with cam locks.
Step 9
Attach the bottom support rails. Use twelve dowels (Part No. 101350) and the cam lock system (Part No. 100001). The diagram shows the bottom structure being assembled.
Step 10
Attach the top support rails. Use twelve screws (Part No. 100214) and the cam lock system (Part No. 100001). The diagram illustrates the completion of the main frame structure.
Step 11
Attach two L-Brackets (Part No. 102720) and two L-Brackets (Part No. 109041) to the top rear of the unit using screws (not specified, but shown in diagram). These are for wall attachment preparation.
Step 12
Attach the eight feet/legs (Part No. 153549) to the bottom of the unit. The diagram shows the feet being screwed into the base.
Step 13
Secure the unit to the wall. Attach one L-Bracket (Part No. 109049) to the unit, then attach the Long Bracket (Part No. 100823) to the L-Bracket. Secure the Long Bracket to the wall using one screw (Part No. 106989) and appropriate wall fixings (not included). The diagram shows the L-bracket (109049) and long bracket (100823) being used with screw (106989) for wall attachment, emphasizing the need for secure wall fixing.
