To ensure stability, place the TV in the center of the unit. The base of the TV must rest on the supporting surface of the unit without hanging over the edges.

To prevent the stand from tipping over, use the wall attachment device included with the product.

How the Assembly System Works

This section explains the core assembly mechanisms used in the product.

How to Install Wood Dowel

Insert the wood dowel [C] at least half-way. If necessary, lightly tap the wood dowel with a self-supplied rubber mallet. A diagram shows correct insertion (✔️) and incorrect insertion (❌).

Cam Lock System Operation

  1. Screw the cam bolt [A] into the threaded insert on the panel.
  2. Connect both panels together. Ensure the cam bolt [A] goes into the small pre-drilled hole on the end of the panel.
  3. Insert the cam lock [B] into the pre-drilled cam lock large hole on the panel. Make sure the open slot faces the head of the cam bolt [A].
  4. Rotate the cam lock [B] clockwise with a self-supplied Phillips screwdriver to lock the cam bolt [A] in place.

Diagrams illustrate the process of inserting wood dowels and operating the cam lock system, including correct and incorrect methods.

Diagrams show panels [5] and [6] being connected to panel [2] using cam locks [B], with a close-up of the cam lock tightening process.

STEP 4

Insert wood dowels [C] into the designated holes on various panels.

Diagrams show the insertion of wood dowels [C] into multiple connection points.

STEP 5

Attach cam bolts [A] to parts [4] (x2) and [11] (x1) using a Phillips screwdriver.

Diagrams show cam bolts [A] being screwed into parts [4] and [11].

STEP 6

Align and attach parts [4] and [11] to the main structure. Ensure the raised edges of the door stiles are opposite each other.

Diagrams show the alignment and connection of parts [4] and [11] to the partially assembled unit, with a note on door stile orientation.

STEP 7

Attach cam locks [B] to panel [1] using a Phillips screwdriver.

Diagrams show cam locks [B] being inserted and tightened into panel [1].

Diagrams show screws [F] being driven into panel [1].

STEP 15

Attach the back panel [17] to the top panel [1] using screws [G] and safety straps [M]. Do not fully tighten screws [G] until all are in correct position. Tighten all cam locks and screws to ensure the stand remains square.

Diagrams show the back panel [17] being attached to the top panel [1] with screws [G] and safety straps [M]. Close-ups show screw placement and cable management. A note emphasizes tightening all fasteners for squareness.

STEP 16

Insert four shelf supports [H] into the holes inside each side compartment. Rest the shelves [3] on the shelf supports [H].

Diagrams show shelf supports [H] being inserted into the side compartments and shelves [3] being placed onto them. Options for shelf placement are indicated.

Diagrams show the process of attaching hinges [I] and screws [J] to the doors [9], and handles [L] with screws [K].

STEP 18

Attach the doors with hinges [I] and screws [J] to the main unit. Do not fully tighten screws until Step 19 is finished. Note: There are only 2 locating holes for installing the hinge [I] on the panel. First, align the two vertical holes in the right of the hinge [I] with the 2 locating holes. Then screw the 2 screws [J] in the holes. Finally fasten the other 2 screws [J] in the panel.

Diagrams show the doors being attached to the unit. Close-ups detail hinge installation, emphasizing alignment with pre-drilled holes and the sequence of screwing.

STEP 19

Check and adjust door alignment using the three-way adjustable hinges. Turn set screws [S] clockwise to narrow gaps and counterclockwise to enlarge gaps between doors and side panels.

If the stand is not stable on the flat floor, adjust the levelers on the two front legs and two center legs until the stand is stable.

Diagrams illustrate the three adjustment points for the hinges (up/down, forward/backward, left/right) by turning set screws [S]. A note about adjusting leg levelers for stability is included.

STEP 20

Secure the TV stand to the wall using the included safety straps [M]. Follow instructions for mounting into wood studs or solid concrete/block/brick walls, using appropriate drill bit sizes and screw lengths.

Diagrams show two methods for wall mounting: one for wood studs using 1" (25mm) screws and Ø5/64" (2mm) drill bits, and another for solid concrete/block/brick walls using 1 3/16" (30mm) screws and Ø1/4" (6mm) drill bits. The straps [M] are shown attached to the unit and the wall.
