CAUTION: Wall anchors [A2] are for concrete or brick walls ONLY. DO NOT use them in drywall or wood studs. ⚠️
Step 1: Choose the Combination for Your VESA Hole Pattern
If the VESA hole pattern is greater than 200 x 200mm (7.9" x 7.9"), attach the extender brackets [02] to the faceplate [01A] (See Options B to E).
Option A: For Flat Back TVs
This option is for TVs with a flat back. Use bolts [D1/E1/F1], washers [B1/C1], and optionally spacers [B2/C2] if needed to fit the bolt length and TV back.
Option B: For Curved Back TVs
This option is for TVs with a curved back. Use bolts [D2/E2/F2], washers [B1/C1], and spacers [B2/B3/C2]. Spacers must be tall enough so the curved back of the TV does not interfere with the mounting plate.
Option C: For TVs with a Bump
This option is for TVs with a bump on the back. Use bolts [D2/E2/F2], washers [B1/C1], and spacers [B2/B3/C2]. The faceplate must be flush on the bump and leveled by spacers on the gap. Alternatively, for flat backs with specific hole patterns, use bolts [D1/E1/F1], washers [B1/C1], and optionally spacers [B2/C2].
Option D: For TVs with Protruding Cables
This option is for TVs with protruding cables. Use bolts [D2/E2/F2], washers [B1/C1], and spacers [B2/B3/C2]. Use spacers to create extra space between the TV and faceplate.
Option E: For TVs with Recessed Holes
This option is for TVs with recessed holes. Use bolts [D2/E2/F2], washers [B1/C1], and spacers [B2/B3/C2]. Spacers need to fill the recessed holes, keeping the faceplate as close to the TV as possible.
NOTE: When finished securing the TV bolts to the TV, remember to fully tighten nuts [H]. ?️
Step 2: Attach the Faceplate with Extender Brackets to the TV
2-1 Select TV Bolts
Hand thread bolts (M4, M6, or M8) into the threaded inserts on the back of your TV to determine the correct bolt. A minimum of 4-5 turns into the threading is required. Do not turn past the bottom of the hole. ❌
2-2 Spacer and Bolt Configurations
Refer to the diagrams for appropriate spacer and bolt configurations based on your TV's back type: Flat Back TV (Option A), Curved Back TV (Option B), Bump (Option C), Cables (Option D), Recessed Holes (Option E).
2-3 Attach the Faceplate with Extender Brackets to Your TV
Align the faceplate assembly with the VESA holes on the TV and secure it using the selected bolts and spacers. Ensure the protruding side of the faceplate connects correctly as shown in the diagrams. ➡️
Step 3: Mount the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate on the Wall
Option A: For Wood Studs
Use a stud finder or awl to locate wood studs. Mark the edge and center positions. Position the arm assembly / wall plate [01B] at your desired height, aligning holes with the stud centerline. Level the wall plate and mark the hole locations. ✏️
Drill 3 pilot holes using a 5/32" (4mm) diameter drill bit. Ensure the depth is not less than 2 3/4" (70mm). Mount the arm assembly / wall plate [01B] on the wall using lag screws [A1]. Tighten lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten). ?
Option B: For Solid Concrete or Brick Walls
Position the arm assembly / wall plate [01B] at your desired height. Level the wall plate and mark the holes. Drill 3 pilot holes using a 3/8" (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 3" (75mm). Never drill into the mortar between bricks. ?
Use a hammer to tap the anchors [A2] into the drilled holes, ensuring they are seated flush with the concrete or brick surface. Mount the arm assembly / wall plate [01B] on the wall using lag screws [A1] and anchors [A2]. Tighten lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten). ?
Step 4: Verify that the Mount is Firmly Mounted
Gently pull on the mounted arm assembly to ensure it is secure and does not detach from the wall. It should withstand a weight of 77 lbs (35kg). ✔️
Step 5: Secure the TV onto the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate
Note: This step may require assistance as the TV can be heavy. ⚠️
1. Remove the preassembled bolt [S1] and washer [S2] from the mount, and keep them for later use.
2. Hang the TV onto the arm assembly / wall plate [01B].
3. Reattach the bolt [S1] and washer [S2] to secure the TV to the mount.
Use a Phillips screwdriver or 3/8" (10mm) socket wrench for this step. ?️
Step 6: Adjust the Tilt Angle of the TV
Slightly loosen the two tilt nuts [T]. Adjust your TV to the desired angle. Retighten the tilt nuts [T] to lock the tilt angle. Do not overtighten or overloosen. ?
Step 7: Level the TV
Use the included level to ensure the TV is perfectly horizontal. Slightly loosen the bolt [S1] and adjust the TV position. Retighten the bolt [S1] to hold the TV in its leveled position. Do not overtighten or overloosen. ?
