- 10mm, 13mm, and 14mm Wrench
- 5mm and 6mm Hex Bit Socket
(3) Installation time:
Estimated installation time is 3-4 hours, requiring 3-4 people. Time may vary based on mechanical skill level.
IMPORTANT: Please verify all parts are present and read instructions carefully before starting installation!
(4) Installation Instruction:
Base Installation:
- Install the wheels (Part "G") onto Part "F" (number 1). Ensure free wheels are at the front and brake wheels are at the rear. Insert Part "Z3" into Part "F" (number 1).
Diagram shows wheels being attached to the base frame with bolts (I1 x 16) and brake wheels and free wheels identified. - Install Part "E" (number 2). Clamp Part "K5" at the connection.
Diagram shows Part E being attached to the base assembly, with K5 clamps securing the connection. - Sleeve Part "Z2" into the round tubes. Multiple holes allow for adjustable height.

Support Platform Installation:
- Install Part "D" (number 3) into Part "Z2". Assemble Part "C" (number 4) and Part "D" (number 3).
Diagram shows Part D being inserted into Z2, and Part C being attached to Part D. Quantities H2 x 2 and J5 x 2 are indicated. - Install two round pipes (Part "Z1") into Part "D" (number 3). Connect the support body (number 5) to the round tubes.
Diagram shows Z1 pipes being inserted into Part D, and the support body (Part 5) being attached to the structure. Quantities H2 x 2 and H2 x 4 are indicated. - Adjust the support platform height to the minimum. Install Part "J2" & Part "K4" into Part "A" (number 5).
Note: If your vehicle is a TJ model, replace the screws in Part "J2" with Part "J4".
Diagram shows J2 knobs and K4 clips being installed onto Part A, with a note regarding TJ model modifications. - Install critical brakes - Part "K7" (in screw pack 4).
- Install the brake disc in the two holes above the side with the handbrake using Part "I2" (in screw pack 2).
Diagram shows the brake disc (K7) being attached with I2 bolts. - Install the adjustable travel stop (Part "K1" in screw pack 4) in the second hole on the side with the handbrake.
Diagram shows the adjustable travel stop (K1) being installed. - First, install the spring in the adjustable travel stop and ring. Remove the screw on the adjustable travel stop and insert it into the brake rope. Restore and tighten the screw to lock the brake rope.

- Install the brake disc in the two holes above the side with the handbrake using Part "I2" (in screw pack 2).
- Install Part "J1", Part "J3" & Part "B" (in screw pack 3).

Instructions for use:
- When preparing to disassemble, adjust the height of the front support device to be higher than the rear.
Diagram indicates "Low" and "High" settings for the front support device. - After the roof is stuck, install the front supports (Part "F"). The front of the roof should be significantly higher than the rear, with a recommended distance of about 4 inches to prevent bumping the vehicle body.
Images show the roof in a raised position, with a measurement indicating approximately 4 inches difference between front and rear supports. - When adjusting the height up and down, support the armrest firmly and then adjust the height slowly. This is the safest method.
