Installation Instruction
Step 1: Install the Handle

Step 2: Remove Drawers

Step 3: Assemble Main Body
Assemble the main body and tighten the hardware. Use eight M6x12 Button Bolts, eight M6x12x1 Flat Washers, and eight M6 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts. Ensure correct orientation for 'Front' and 'Back' sections.
JK Model Installation
Step 4: Prepare Vehicle
Fold down the rear seats and remove four factory hooks from the vehicle. Locate four factory holes for mounting.

Step 5: Secure Mounting Brackets A and B
On the driver's side, secure mounting brackets A and B. Tighten the hardware using two M6x35 Button Bolts, two M6x20 Button Bolts, four M6x20x2 Flat Washers, and eight M6 Flange Hex Lock Nuts. If vehicle floor mats are present, insert the Nylon Round Spacers into the holes before mounting.

JL Model Installation
Step 6: Prepare Vehicle
Please fold down the rear seats and remove four factory hooks from the vehicle. Four mounting points labeled 'C' are indicated on the vehicle floor.
Step 7: Insert Mounting Brackets C
Insert the mounting brackets C into four installation positions. Repeat this step for the remaining mounting brackets (C). Do not fully tighten hardware initially to allow adjustability. Use four M8x30 Button Bolts and four M8x20x1.5 Flat Washers per bracket.
Step 8: Secure Main Body to Brackets C
On the driver's side, secure the main body to the mounting bracket C. Repeat this step for the remaining mounting brackets (C). Tighten the hardware using eight M6x12 Button Bolts and eight M6x12x1 Flat Washers.
Bronco Model Installation
Step 9: Prepare Vehicle
Remove the four factory hooks. Lift up the cargo liner mat and locate four factory positions. Align the four spacers with the positions and reinstall the cargo liner mat.

Step 10: Assemble Mounting Brackets D and E
Assemble the mounting brackets D and E. Tighten the hardware using eight M6x12 Flat Head Socket Bolts.
Step 11: Secure Mounting Brackets D and E to Vehicle
Secure the mounting brackets D and E to the vehicle. Tighten the hardware using eight M8x45 Hex Socket Bolts and eight M8x16x1.5 Flat Washers.

Step 12: Secure Main Body to Brackets D and E
Secure the main body to the mounting brackets D and E. Tighten the hardware using twelve M6x12 Button Bolts and twelve M6x12x1 Flat Washers. Ensure correct orientation for 'Front' and 'Back' sections.
Step 13: Reinstall Drawers
Reinstall all drawers.
Step 14: Lock Operation
Refer to the following images for instructions on how to use the lock:
- 1. Lock mechanism in 'Lock' position.
- 2. Hand inserting a key.
- 3. Hand pressing the lock button.
- 4. Lock mechanism in 'Unlocked' position.
Step 15: Install Rubber Stoppers
Install the rubber stoppers to the surface holes of the box.
